The store really could be a great place to shop. It really could. However, the stores fixtures look like theyre falling to pieces, not to mention that theyre filthy. The associates seem permanently depressed, Im guessing thats because theres no support from leadership here. They do their best, but if your transaction needs a managers approval, settle in, youre going to be there for a while. Last time I was there the poor girl paged for approval for a solid 10 minutes, with managers passing the ball back and forth - yes, we customers can hear you on your walkies. And then theres the constant pestering from the associates to sign up for more coupons and to buy whatever item it is theyre featuring this week. I know they have to ask, but man, I sure dont need to tell 10 people that I dont want to give them my phone number or my email. So I dont shop there anymore.

Poor customer service: poor attitude. Bought two 30 oz glass mason jars. The cashier put them in a bag together without wrapping them in paper. When I said it needed paper she put only one sheet loosely around each without trying to secure it. I requested more paper and tape to do the job the right way myself while at the register. All the while the cashier waited for me to leave without offering any remorse or assistance to correct what shouldve been done initially. You expect that at self serve places like IKEA. Better training needed.

I have to say I was very disappointed in service here. First of all I was buying one thing. Second of all there was a huge line of about 15 people with carts filled with multiple items. So I went up to the return desk and said would you mind checking me out here, I have one item. She said in a very pissy way no maam that wouldnt be fair to anyone else. She wasnt doing anything!!! This ladys name was Emma, Im very dissapointed in the service!

The International foods section is amazing! We were able to pick up quite a few fun things that we have been looking for, such as Aromat, blueberry jam, and Aero bars. Everything else was easy to find. I picked up some really nice rocks glasses, and there were plenty to choose from. Our cashier was nice and friendly. Id happily go here again.
