So, tonight I have an accident and break my phone. Since I didnt like the coverage I was getting with the competitors signal and I just placed an order converting all my company phones over to AT&T, I rushed over to my local store to start service. Rushed? Yes, it was getting late, 7:15. Got there at 7:35 figuring that should be plenty of time to pick up a phone. WRONG. I walk in the door to this young gal almost yelling across the store. "Can I help you find something?". I guess it was just too close to closing to say hi. Told her I wanted to get a new phone and was very quickly asked what carrier are you with? Told her and told her about the poor signal. Asked how service was on the Cape and was brushed off being told that that was something she would have to research for me.She then said that to get a phone I would have to bring in my username and password for my old account to port my number. When I told her that I didnt want my number ported (As it was from another state) she told me that most people port their number to get some kind of discount. When I insisted that I did not want my number ported she finally came out and said it. "Its late and we would have to rush setting up your account". Did I say earlier "I broke my phone"? Personally, I didnt care if we had to rush, nor did I care if she would have had to stay an extra 10 minutes, I needed a phone. I said fine, just forget it. As Im walking out the door she then had the gaul to say "Im not trying to push you out or anything". Oh boy, that was the comment that pushed it over the edge. So I walked out and left. Figured I better get the managers name I poke my head back in. There were now 3 young folks, all standing there talking. So I asked if anyoone of them are the manager and she said no. I asked his name and she told me. I asked if her manager was ok with her treating customers like this and she actually had the nerve to say "Oh yeah, just call him tomorrow, hell be more than glad to help you." Well, after reading the other reviews now for this same store I guess the store manager IS ok with it. If one of MY employees treated one of my customers like that they would be gone so fast it would make their head spin. But then, I have zero bad reviews on Googlke or anywhere else for that matter. Oh, and if I ever did there sure wouldnt be a second. Do yourself a favor. Unless you enjoy being treated like crap stay away from the Bristol AT&T Store. Oh, did I mention I just ordered a fleet of phones for my company?

I just walked into at & t, (yeah it was 7:45, you get out in fifteen minutes, but this still should have excellent customer service) As I Immediately walked in, some voice from the back says and I quote..... "you got a question", (no greetings at all), just..... "you got a question?" from a woman, mind you she is already helping a customer, but before I can say "ya know, you can finish off with him, I dont want to be RUDE and interrupt a conversation...." she was adamant about my question, so I rudely interrupted because she wanted me to and said "I just need you to walk me through on how I log into my phone who gave to me for free today, its asking for all of his information and I had already known my friend deleted everything off he phone before giving it to me, so all I needed to know is how to unlock it (which means getting an email/username and password), she said and I quote "go home get Wi-Fi and do it yourself....................dont you think Ive tried that and thats why Im here? like my computer and there site were giving me a problem..............this girl told me to go home and figure it out myself and by know means am I racist, nor this is a racial comment at all, but it was the black girl in the back, she looked sweet and I think I think Ive had a past experience with this girl that was good, but by no means did she meat my standards, it was very rude, you were there to help me, whether its the first 8 minutes you come in the morning to work, or the last 8 minutes you work, you should always be professional and have exceptional customer service..........youre there to help me, guide me..........because Ive already tried what youre telling me to do and it didnt work, thats why I came to you, my standards were not meant with this particular employee, because everyone else Ive dealt with has been unbelieveably professional and has had amazing customer service.............Im sorry girl, I was just really disappointed, because Im still trying to sit here to get this phone to work when my SIM CARD is already in it, I have my plan with you, its just a new phone and I cant log in..................now I have no means of communication until tomorrow and I have a kid so what if I have an emergency, well OOPS, this woman didnt care about this loyal customer that has been coming to this location for years, I can go on and on but I think you got the point

Apple shouldnt have these guys selling their products.. On the first day of pre-orders I walked in to a nearly empty store. Only 4 in front of me. I thought this was an awesome thing and i would be sure to be able to secure a phone. I asked the rep for the 64g and was told that the 4S only comes in 16 or 32. I had to explained to him that they did carry this model ( wait... whos the sells rep me or him? I believe his name was Greg) He responded with "they dont tell me these things" I then ask if i can have it shipped to the store so i can pick it up first thing on release day. He told me know. I ask him to make sure as i have done that with previous models. He asked another associate and they said absolutly. So this brings we to today...(release day..) Im standing out side with several others and after a 90 min wait in the rain, i am informed that my phone hasnt arrived and i cant recieve it till after 4. I was the 6th person in line and they had plenty of stock as mentioned by one of the reps. They did not seem to care that their rep gave me bad information or that i have been waiting out in the rain for so long. Meanwhile the 5 people in front walkin in and recieved phones. Whats the point of pre-ordering! Whats the point of being with a company since 98 if no one cares??

My experience with this store involves a phone conversation with the young male who works at the store (name left anonymous). I dont know if its his age or if its just this persons demeanor but he is a combative person over the phone. He comes off as though his know it all attitude is actually helpful, but in reality his answers are quick, short, and disagreeable with everything you ask him.
