In order to appease my parents request to purchase a Christmas present for my young brother Xavier, I began my search for a proper article of entertainment within the fine halls of the Toys R Us Franchise located in Johnson City, New York. The young lad has taken rather excitedly to the study of exotic minerals, so after lightly inspecting the stock of this well-organized and brightly lit facility, I was able to successfully locate a product containing a fantastic assortment of minerals, with proper labeling and a high-quality magnifying glass, enabling close inspection of the provided samples. 5 stars.

Worst store to go to and support, especially if you are a minority. They are extremely racists and rude. I have seen people that arent ethnic stealing things but they do nothing. When I told them they instead treated me wrongly because of it. Honestly, a lot of this stuff here you can buy from AMAZON for 1/2 the price. Amazon employs many different ethnic people from different backgrounds. The saddest thing is that its the older ladies that should be retired that are the most offensive and rude when it comes to discrimination. Save yourself time and money and shop online or elsewhere.

They charged me 4 times for 2 purchases and I have to wait a week or more to get my money back. The manager said he would call back and instead went home for the day with out getting back to me. Then the next shifts manager said there was nothing they can do, they sent a email about it. I asked for the District managers number and they said they couldnt give it to me. 2 days before Christmas and there is nothing they can do to give me my money back. Ill stick to ordering from amazon for now on.

The staff was very helpful while I was choosing a bigger car seat for my daughter. They even brought it up to the register and took it out to my car for me so I didnt have to juggle a large box and my toddler. Very nice and much appreciated, I will definitely be back!

Actually a REALLY nice toys R us... so often they are disorganized, dirty, and uninviting, but this place was bright, clean, well-stocked, organized, very helpful staff, and organized. Very pleased.

Its really the only toy store in town and they know it. Its not well stocked and the floor layout is confusing. The staff isnt well trained and tracking down inventory in the store is a nightmare
