-Excellent service, I looking for an item they did not have on the floor and they went back for find the item, do not wait too long and pay fast. -Excelente servicio, buscaba un artículo que no tenían en el piso y me lo busca e in en el almacén, no espere mucho tiempo y pague rápido.

Horrible customer service!!!! Got an email saying my lay away was ready, went and waited an hour (because I couldnt get them on the phone) for them to tell me they are still looking. Waiting another half hour for them to tell me its not there and that they will just take a box from the floor to give to me. Was there for 2 hours for a solution that could have been thought of in 10mins. They never told me anything I had to ask for a manager in order to get that result and still never saw a manager. Will never do lay away with them again! Then on top of that, pieces where missing out the box!

I visited on a day in December where apparently they were having a really good sale. Needless to say, it was really packed. Despite this, the toys were not scattered everywhere, and everything was relatively calm. I attribute this entirely to the amount and quality of staff they had working. Everywhere I turned there was a helpful employee either assisting someone or tidying up. The prices were great, as was the selection, and when choosing a toy, it is so nice to be able to actually see it in person.

Saw a bike online for my sons birthday and called this store to see if they had it. They quickly and politely answered the phone, transferred me to the bike dept, who also answered quickly. I said Id be there in about an hour to get it. Spent about 10 minutes in the store, including paying and walked out with the bike, fully assembled. Very pleased in all aspects of the experience.

Customer service is very worst. I never opened the items (these items came as a gifts for my daughters birthday) and want to return it without receipt. The lady who works there said I opened and used the items and returning it. How can she say unused item is opened? Looks like worker is working without brain and I hate to go this place again.

It is a toy store. They have a lot of toys and the prices are ok if you get them on sale. Every time I shop there, I always seem to find them understaffed. Maybe my bad luck. The regular prices are high if you compare to Walmart or Amazon. Also find them to be hit or miss at what I need.

I used to come here as a kid, and it was HUGE. Now it is not as big but still a good place to find some deals on what kids want. Still can get crowded and crazy here at times. You wont find me then.

Great selection of toys for all ages. Eventually, someone was able to help me find an age appropriate gift. It has been quite a while since I have been in a toy store. Staff was friendly.

Great selection but horrible customer service! Dont order anything online if u can avoid it, took 2 weeks to even ship out one of my items that was supposed to be at my door in 3-8 days.
