I ordered a toy on Cyber Monday and scheduled for in-store pickup. I called to make sure the item was still there and was advised that the item that I paid for had been sold because I only had 48 hours to pick up from receiving the email. I then received an email stating that I had 5 days to pick it up from the store. So not only did one of your employees give someone else something that I had already paid for, but she straight up lied because she didnt want to do her job. I guess that that is what you get for hiring temp help. But wait, it gets better. I called the store 3 times today and couldnt get anyone on the phone. I called the Babys R Us across the street and"JJ" flat out told me that they dont answer the phone during the holiday time because they get so busy and that I would just have to go out there or just keep calling and hope someone answers if I wanted this fixed. Not to mention, she kept cutting me off, so when I stopped talking to let her finish, she rudely states "what do you want?" Worst customer service I have ever seen.

Besides being expensive and lacking in product choices in the store, the toys r us credit card abruptly cut my limit in half, even though I was only using half my limit and paying on time ( I was paying more than my minimum due amounts). They check your score without a request for limit increase, and because I am late on a few of my other unrelated accounts, they slashed my limit in half, without any consideration that making my account over 90% in use rather than 50% in use negatively affects my credit score. I am not a customer any more.

Possible credit card # theft occurring at this store. My wife last used her card 3 weeks ago at this store....today I get a wake up call from the fraud detection people at my card holder about online purchases made this morning. I have tried to contact the store, and online chat with customer service to warn them. No one at the store picks up the phone so I can speak to a manager and I was not typing fast enough for the on line chat, so I was cut off. Beware when using a credit card for purchases at this store.

Ive never been so frustrated with a store. After shopping for a bike for our toddler, we picked one out and he was excited. We took the tag to the register to pay, and confirmed the bike was in stock before paying. Then after waiting 20 minutes, they couldnt find the bike in the warehouse, so with an upset child we had to wait in line at customer service to get our money back. Then we went to Walmart around the corner, got the same bike, it was cheaper, and all done in less than 10 minutes.

Terrible company, the managers treat the new hires awfully and dont give them enough time to learn whats needed to be learn . If a toy is out of place or doesnt belong where it should they will be nasty about it instead of being nice about it. Even if youre doing a good job they will always find something to yell at you about. There is never nice anywhere in this toy company. I will NEVER shop here again or step foot in that place EVER again.

very incontinent. a worker named Lilian was very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional towards me and my children. some one should teach her customer service. her attitude is horrible and she should be fired. i was able to get help from another worker named larrisa and she was able to help me find everything on my list and fast. that is the type of workers they need, ones like larrisa not the other one.
