My daughter received a bike for Xmas exclusively made for Toys R Us. One of the pedals was defective and prevented me from fully assembling in time for Xmas morning. So I had to tell my daughter Santa must have removed it to get it down the chimney. Shes since been asking to fix it so she can ride it. The part is not available from the manufacturer. I drove out to the KOP store to get a replacement The associate consulted with the manager a couple of times in the office and finally reappeared. She returned to tell me I couldnt get one today because they only had one on the floor and there was no assembler to remove it. I asked if I could and was told no. I was told I could return the bike or would have to return when the assembler was there. I asked how I would know if an assembler was there. She said I would have to call. I asked if she was seriously telling me I needed to make an appointment to get a replacement pedal. This is not how you treat customers. She could have at least offered to call me when they had a pedal. or better yet, mail it to me. No respect for customer or their time and certainly not a chain I would frequent.

If you are going to shop at a Toys R Us/Babies R Us go to the one in Exton and skip the King of Prussia location. The staff is untrained and extremely rude to say the least. We have been in this store multiple times and the checkout lines take forever. The employees have no motivation and only have one speed and that’s sloooooow. One night they had an issue with their computer system not taking off the discount on sale items and waited in line for over 20 minutes. I watched as each customer checked out and not one time did the employee or manager standing there apologize to a customer. I never spend the time to write reviews online but given I have never had a good experience in this store it was time to write a review.

Today experienced a very easy and swift return of an item I bought online. I then went back to the electronics department and the staff member in the electronics department was extremely kind and helpful and got me just what I wanted. I think his name was Chris. Its a very busy location so it was nice to see it was fully staffed, especially 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Glad to have beat the rush!

Great service but I must admit I am a full grown child so I love to push little red buttons its fun if you are dating or in a relationship with a man child do not take him to the store because he will get distracted easily and you will have more problems finding him that your child because he wants to play with all the toys

I never get good service at this store. Staff is always in a bad mood and not helpful. I went many times and never had a pleasant experience. Never received all information I needed about Strollers, car seat , breast pumps, etc. The prices are always more expensive than Amazon or Target.

Huge Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us. Located just outside of the KOP mall complex. Great selections and well organized. All the new toys/games available here. Had to return a defective product I ordered online. Ninety days returns on most items. Flawless transaction.

We went for the Easter kids activities that were supposed to be from 1pm-3pm. We got there at 1:42pm, and the entire setup had been broken down and taken away - they were all finished. All that was remaining was the person in the Easter bunny costume, who was leaving.

Good store. Nice selection. Combo with babies r us makes it convenient. Friendly staff but then you try to check out. Never enough cashiers and every transaction is like pulling teeth. Its bad enough that I would shop somewhere else if they had the same selection.

You need a toy or a baby item from a brick and mortar store, one stop shopping beckons. They have lots of models of things on the floor too. Good selections. Sometimes with a sale, you can catch a good price too, vs online.

Its pricy for a Toys R Us and usually doesnt have enough cashiers. Bathrooms are awkwardly located behind customer service. Getting a shopping cart can be a challenge. They have a furniture section which can be a plus.

I love Toys R Us. Whatever toy youre looking for, look in Toys R Us first. As an aunt I have relied on Toys R Us to shop for my nieces and nephews. You will find a toy to make the eyes of your child go wide.
