I walk in and was immediately welcome. After walking around abit I asked Cayla a ToysRUs associate to help me locate a couple of items I had item numbers for. After running my numbers I was immediately ecstatic because they had what I came down for but we could not locate these items anywhere. So after extensive searching thru out the front and back of the store Cayla made my vacation that much more special when she found the items I had been looking for. My family and I stopped at 5 ToysRUs on the way down from pa to the beach and I wasnt going to stop there that day and at all but on a long shot decided to and it was the best decision I made and my son was so happy we found what he wanted and it made it that much more special we were in Vacation and wasnt even gonna stop there thanks to Cayla and her extensive knowledge and love of her job ........

This store survived the chopping block a few years back. Luckily its the "toy" store still around. The selection of items is usually plentiful, except around the Holidays. Its its on sale, either go early or do the ship to store from the Internet. The staff has improved over the years. It does seem that they like to run a skeleton crew during most of the season. For the most part the service is gotten friendlier, and better equipped to help you.

About the point that I couldnt find anyone to wait on me a few weeks before Christmas because all the employees were gathered around another employees new puppy and they were out of everything I was looking for and when I found someone to help me, the snow boards were priced wrong and they wouldnt honor the wrong price, I swore never to walk in again. And I havent.

I love this store because they have alot of hard to find toys but they lose a star for their prices..they are kind of high (any time a small change purse in the shape of a pig head is $10 somethings wrong there!)

Typical toys r us. Great place to find those toys you cant seem to find anywhere else. Staff are always helpful.
