We setup a registry in this store and our scanner was about dead and wanted to get a new scanner before we lost about 50+ items. We handed our scanner to Kim and she gave us a new scanner. We scanned about 15 more items and assummed after we were done scanning that everything would be on our registry. We checked our registry the next morning and only saw the 15 items that the second scanner picked up. I called this store back and they couldnt do anything for me. I just wasted 3 hours in the store and 1hr. 30 minutes of travel because theres no Baby r us near where we live in PA.

I was looking for a large stuffed yellow lab for my nephew whose dog had just died (he is 3 & he learned to walk by holding onto this dog so he was very distraught). Margaret, a wonderful store employee, went out of her way to check out if they had any available for me since the store is about 45 mins. away from where I live. While they did not have any (which is understandable so close to after Christmas) she was still very helpful.

Its what you would expect from a toys r us except this one has unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Dont expect customer service to have your online order ready or know how to get it for you.

They DONT like refunding peoples money. Ive been waiting for my refund for an item, which i purchased online. Its been 30 days!! BEWARE!
