Horrible store manager and certain employees. Store manager Bob lectures and yells at employees on the floor and in front of other employees and customers. Rude to customers, especially if he does not like them. Absolutely no help when you ask him for assistance. Employee Bernie will give you an attitude and is very disinterested when you ask questions. I have literally stopped going to this store. I was in a month ago, asked the store manager Bob a question and I was completely ignored. My husband asked the same question and was given an answer, I dont understand that. Is it because Im a woman? We were pointed to boys department and found no one, walked around and found Bernie and asked him about boy toys and what was popular. Nothing but attitude. Basically we were told if we didnt know what they joy was into he couldnt help us. Mind you this was for a child of a coworker. I dont know this child personally and thats why I asked what boys around his age were probably into. Is it not your job to know this? I dont understand why these two men are still employed here, neither seem to enjoy their jobs. This is a store meant for children, hate you job? Go find a new one! Although with their attitudes, Im sure they would have a hard time finding a new one or wouldnt be employed very long.

You are better off elsewhere. I tried finding getting something for my friends newborn for the holidays, and I left with nothing but complaints. The 2 or 3 people I encountered at the baby registry desk were to busy sitting around doing nothing and were next to useless in finding a suitable toy. I did get help from some nice man named Josh, but he was undermined by his coworker at the front desk that was as rude as they were ignorant. Your service desk person, Kelly, was nothing but short, impolite and made me decide to leave the store empty-handed. I am not going back to that store and I highly recommend you head around the corner to Wallmart. I encountered 1 nice man to 3 or 4 useless floor people and one seriously bad customer service person.

Very clean, easy to move through. However, service has fallen off. They have a new kiosk system for online pickups that has you scan your own info, then wait. Ten minutes in with several people around me, nobody was helping us and staff members were waving but actively avoiding the area. Went to customer service and was repeatedly told to wait by the kiosk. Tried to phone the store to reach a manager, and the "speak to an associate" menu choice rang for a while and hung up.

This morning I visted the Customer Service Department and I must comment that it was a refreshing and delightful experience. Dorothy was very pleasant and courteous. She paged the manager and he arrived promptly to assist. With Customer Service in a type of freefall overall, I was really impressed with their service. I was in and out in a matter of minutes and my issue was totally resolved in a professional and pleasant manner. Thanks Again!

Worst customer service in store ever. The employees clearly hate their jobs which is a shame to staff that kind of person in a store where majority of customers actually require assistance. And I hope you dont plan on calling the store, because after 10 minutes of ringing and two tries, no one answered.

Couldnt find anybody on the sales floor to help finally found somebody ask them where venom Spiderman was she told me where the Star Wars figures were and there were none anywhere in the store nobody else can help me had to order online and pay shipping

Horrible, the toys were very disorganized and I couldnt find what I needed. The toy I bought was dusty and grimy like it had been sitting there for awhile. The service was the only good thing. The employees seemed very nice and considerate.

I have been going to this Toys R Us since I first moved to Horsham to the point that I have memorised the aisles. It is very well organised and easy to find things if you ask an employee for the aisle. Often has discounts on Nerf blasters.

Called the store to check on availability of a Halloween Costume. Was put on hold for 7 min., than they hang up on me. Called again and was put on hold again for 15 min.! still waiting...Very poor customer experience!

This is a large clean store with a lot of space for a great inventory selection. This store is next to a kids r us so you can get clothes and baby supplies, too.
