Just had the worst experience at the Learning Express of Blue Bell. I had purchased a personalized item that was decorated in the wrong colors. The owner, Barry refused to fix the artwork even though I made it clear to him how disappointed I was in the finished product. He was actually quite rude and unhelpful. It was apparent he cared more about his bottom line than customer service. In this economy, it always amazes me when retailers care so little about their customers that they refuse to offer a solution or a compromise to help solve a problem. I will never shop in the Learning Express of Blue Bell again.

Its a never fail stop for me, always great interactions with staff that Ive come to know so well after years of shopping with them- they give great personal attention and space if you need it- they are always interested in how my family is doing, always helps with coupons if I forget them, and always has an over abundance of stock so Im never disappointed!
