I left this store today without a purchase because of the wait to check out. There was one checker who had a problem with a return. After waiting ten minutes they finally called another checker up. Instead of taking the people who were waiting, the checker took the person who ran over first who was at the end of the line. Maybe I was being impatient but that was poor customer service. Think Ill shop elsewhere.

A Private User
I was shopping there for my nephew, and saw this weird guy staring at me. The kid looked exactly like Mc Lovin, I went to get an autograph from him and told him, "I loved you in superbad, great job." and he just responded with a smug stare and replied, "Yous guys need to stop harassing me." They didnt have the Stretch Armstrongs I used to play with as a child, so I had to get him scrabble instead.

I first got in the only line open, then they said just as it was my turn, told me to go to another register. So I got out of line went to that register. Then the cashier came to that register and said there was no money in that register. Then I had to get in line at another register. Other than that it was ok. Not a great visit with a two year old

Great selection of toys and games, as youd expect at any ToysRUs. Checkout always seems to take longer than youd expect, though, which is why I cant give this location 5 stars. With 10ish registers, there always seems to only be 1 or 2 open on any given weekend afternoon.

This toy store seemed a little sketchy to me. As I walked in there was a woman cursing her 5 yr old daughter off loudly. There were a few creepers walking around without kids. The store did seem clean and well organized though.

There was cool toys...... but there was this one janitor guy and asked him where the trash can was because I finished my smoothie, and he didnt answer me and walked away... but other then that it was good

If youre in South Philly, its worth the 15 minute ride over the bridge instead of patronizing 3rd&Oregon. The employees here are pleasant and friendly, but above all ACTUALLY HELPFUL!

They added an American Girl section, which makes shopping for birthdays and holidays much more convenient. Other than that, everything you would expect: video games, board games, etc.

For a Toys R Us, this one is pretty good. The place is usually always clean and organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful (when you can eventually find someone to help you).

Only Toys r us we go to around here. Huge selection. Staff is friendly. Only problem Ive ever had was the birthday doll, but that was bc of TRU corporates gross miscalculation..
