Large retail store chain is like a little kids dream. They offer tons of toys, bikes, power wheels, strollers, cribs, car seats, and more! This particular location is a bit old and you can tell when you walk in. They also have this weird retail funnel when you walk in that basically forces you to go a certain path filled with seasonal items that you may or may not be interested in. Essentially if theres a couple parents holding a conversation or a group of two or more with a cart or stroller then the path is blocked and you cant progress further into the store until somebody gets out of the way. Long story short, its annoying during peak business hours. Other than the initial experience, everything else is fine.

Honestly this is the worst place ever, they are so rude and sell me a broken crazy cart that was 500$!! And then go back to get another one and they give me one with no charger!! Im so disguisted with this place, honestly will never ever shop or put layaway on here ever again!

One in there looking for something I knew they probably didnt have, but the customer service was fantastic! They took me to the isle where they had exactly whatI was looking for! Awesome customer service plus it brings back a lot of good childhood memories

Im not a huge fan of this store but it has what you need when it comes to toys. The selection is huge but I expected better price. Also, the toilets were not cleaned at all.

All employees were very helpful. Helped me find the toy I was looking for but Toys R Us, only had 10 packs of batteries. Didnt need that many....

Old store badly in need of renovation. Shelves are hardly stocked and staff is generally unhelpful. Head elsewhere.

the managers are terrible,there return policy is just as bad stick with target or amazon for any toys
