"Your Item Is Ready For Pick-up" GUESS NOT since they "misplaced it". Wasted two hours of traveling time in the 16degree weather. manager was not helpful at all. kept blaming "one of the employees must have sold it" so do your job and manage them. aint that what gamestop is paying you to do? this is why nobody likes gamestop. managers are lazy and employees dont care.

Very poor selection unless youre looking for an FPS or a game with "Madden" in the title. They fail to restock most releases unless they fall into one of the aforementioned categories. Tiny space, lazy employees, and lines literally out to the door dont help the experience any. I only buy gift cards here anymore unless theyre out of those that day too.

I bought a used Xbox One console and it wouldnt even sync the controller. I used 4 controllers and every time Id use it for a few minutes it would disconnect from the console. Guys were helpful over the phone but it does not make up for my wasted time.
