Ive been here at least 10 times in the past 2 years. Anita and Steve, amazing people and truly a one woman / one man army in their own right. Always taking care of business the way five star restaurants do. I buy used games all the time over here and never had a problem. Its awesome that they would give you the option of refund within 7 days for used games. I mean honestly if I wanted to a buy new item with a guaranteed refund, Id go to Bestbuy or Amazon but given their price of used games, if you do a price check while your there like I always do, youll find their price are often times significantly cheaper than all the other guys. I mean because of them, I have a nice collection of 20+ PS3 games that cost me less than $100 including Injustice, Batman Arkham Origins and Super Street Fighter IV.

I preordered $79.99 games top exclusive deluxe edition for destiny taken king back in Sept 2015. I went to pick it up on sept/15. Early in the morning, the worker told me I preorder digital deluxe edition and its impossible to make change at this point. Are you kidding? I never asked for digital edition and why would spend my time preordering digital and pay tax, when I can preorder in psn with out any tax at home. This was obviously workers mistake and I wasnt able to get what I wanted. I still remember her name, it was jani. Stupid little girl.

Gamestop is the guys equivalent of Sephora. This is where we go to window shop and check out the newest and coolest. This Gamestop is outside of the mall and is kind of a "secret" since most people go into the mall for their gaming needs. The lines are usually long especially for new releases inside the mall, but if you visit this location, you normally dont have to wait as long. The customer service here is awesome and the team members very knowledgeable.I preordered some online only pre-releases without any issues.

My brother loves Gamestop so he goes here a lot. Gamestop has a wide selection of games, but I would have to say they are pretty pricey. For example, Pokemon Soul Silver costs $45.00 at Gamestop but at another game shops, it is only $20-$30. The only way that Gamestop makes money is that it is a well known franchise. All in all, Gamestop is an okay shop if you are looking for games, but Im sure you can get better prices elsewhere.

Best gamestop i have been to in a long time. the selection is wide and the staff is friendly and helpful. perhaps previous workers have ruined the reputation of the store based on past reviews, but the people they have working there now are top notch.

Great environment,but the peoples service is terrible.Once I want return a item they give a terrible look.Also I bought few game and the game CD is always dirty.Suggest everyone watch out when you buy something

Its GameStop. Theyre overpriced, give horrible credit on trade-ins and mark them up significantly. Unless you buy a lot (read; a LOT) of games Id avoid their GameStop card.
