Worst GameStop in Brooklyn. Went in and was never greeted but was stared at. I was trying to trade in a gift card that I got from babies r is and the cashier named Duis was very rude. I gave her the card and she lied to me and told me they didnt accept babies r us gift cards. When I called another store they told me they do in fact take babies r us cards. I felt as if she racially profiled me thought I was doing something illegal and she has made me never want to go to another GameStop again. I later called to tell her that what she said was not true and she told me "I dont have time for this" and hung up in my face. I tried calling again and she ignored the phone. (I guess GameStop ignored calls now too). I spoke to the manager Dan who tried to say the machine was down when I stood on the phone talking to customer service for about an hour looking at them take guests on the same machines he claimed were down. The machines werent down because she took my cards and typed the numbers in and told me that they dont accept babies r us gift cards. (Not that the machines were down) People like her shouldnt work for GameStop. Worst cs Ive ever seen. Why lie to your loyal customers.

This is my fav gamestop in Brooklyn. For many reasons , they have a lot of games and accessories , love their Funko Pop selection. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They love to help and talk about games , they are real people and not robots ! Mainly, I want for people to stop complaining about games they do not sell a lot for. This is like a pawn shop in many ways , they are not going to buy a used game for 40 and sell it for 45. You have to take deterioration and time to sell in effect to this price. BUT there is a way to improve the amount you will receive. Become a Gamestop Power Reward card member , and take in store credit you will be getting more. You can also check the trade in value online too !

There is definitely a scam afoot. They charged me $15 for a pro membership to something, yet never informed me that: A- the membership cost $15 and B- They were charging me $15. I came in today to get my money back and they said that there can be no refunds for "digital purchases". So I called gamestops customer service hotline which told me that I need to go to the store for a refund. This reminded me why I havent been to gamestop in five years and why I stopped playing xbox. But as a place where I can buy games, this is 10/10. Lots of games plastered all over the walls.

Brought a few brand new games disk in the store~, came home open it and notice fingerprints and scratch on disk, and it can tell its an usedgame disk inside, ( I guess what they done is REseal the plastic cover with used game disk and sell for brand new price. It happened few times already.

This place is AWESOME. They have the games I want and if you go there to get your games cashed in they dont rip you off. You get what you want. The staff is very helpful and polite. The staff can help you with what you are looking for. They have great games for a great deal. Cant wait for GTA V.

They have a good supply of games, and always have the games I am looking for. The staff is helpful and very funny and will be nice to you if you get familiar with them. I get discounts there because my friend works there. Service is slow sometimes but good. Overall I would recommend this place.

The shop is good i bought games and just about to go inside some lady staff told me your not allowed to go because of no parent... How unfortunate and ironic because ive been there so many times by myself and she lets me in but now idk what happened to her

Most bullshit GameStop Ive ever been to. The employees all have sticks up their asses and are always rude and inconsiderate and obviously hate their job. They need to get new staff and once in a while spray some air freshener in that stank ass place.

This store always has a line, the line is always slow. The clerks are slow. One person in line means a five minute wait. Its ridiculous. And never ask for advice on a game to buy.

Never had a problem getting what I needed and the staff was always helpful. Selling old games is a waste however; I never got more than a dollar for a used game, even a popular one.
