this store so called " manager " is a short chubby fellow that can barely run a store when half the time hes kicking out kids out of his store. First off , from the 4 systems he has there for customers to demo, only one is turned on , theres no volume and the monitor is glitched , so you cant even play it. When i asked him to turn on the rest, he just said " yea ok " . Also as asked for some help on trying to pick out a video game, and finally decided on one, he and his so called " employees" were quick to assume that i was an underage kid who did in fact have my state license with me. Yet now they wouldnt sell me the rated " M " game, because my friend who didnt have i.d. , they assummed i was buyin it for him. After not allowing me to buy my game, he then went ahead and said even if i brought my father , he still wouldnt sell me the game, at his discretion. . this guy , not to be rude, is a total moron,imbecile, incompetent person who is stubborn and doesnt know how to speak to a person without losing his temp. Clearly, not manager material. GAMESTOP has alwayz been my number one place to stop and shop for my endless collection of video games, but they service there is horrible. Its like everytime we ask them a question, were bothering them . . . isnt that what theyre gettin paid for anyway. there has been far more incidents which i have been tracking off. . . that manager, or better yet that store itself has a record for being rude, and not a friendly enviroment. . .

Im a huge gamer, I currently racked up over 35,000 Gamestop Rewards Points. Unfortunately they do hassle kids for reasons unknown when half of there employees are barely over 21. Decent staffing some memebers are very insightsful and give you game reviews others seem like theyd rather be somewhere else. I for one have bought many games from there for different platforms and systems. The demo systems are off most of the time and theres food being eaten during work hours in front of customers. My review is good.. when I turned 18 and brought a valid I.d. they just need to try a bit harder. The line is usually long and they cant seem to multitask. It hurts to see a store doing so sub par when Its one of the best gaming stores since Eb Games, Toys R Us etc.

before I left the house I specifically looked up the store hours and it says and still says 8pm. I went there and at 7:05pm was rudely told that if I wasnt gonna buy nothing to leave. then I asked her what time theyes closed and she said 7. then I said oh cuz online it says 8pm and she rudely said oh well its not updated. all this was being sad as I was being rushed out. then she unlocks the door and doesnt wait till Im out when she hit me with the door on my shoulder. will not be buying games from this franchise anymore. will be going to best buy and walmart now. hell even toys r us.

The manager Henry is very rude & does not know how to offer good customer service. I asked the cashier to apply my membership discount to my purchase and she forgot to issue the discount. The doors were locked and the store was closing while my purchase was going on. As I walked out the door I realized that the cashier had not applied my discount & when I knocked on the door to ask them to apply the discount the manager Henry refused and said I had to return tomorrow. I explained that I live in another county 30 min away, he said I cant help you.

9 out of 10 times when you go there you will have a crappy,rude,disgraceful worker. I have been to that gamestop for over several years now so I know how they are (I used to go there because I didnt know there were other places to go instead). I once bought an xbox 360 slim there and he purposely didnt give me my free game! He also discriminated my age and made a fool out of himself. He is a true simpleton indeed! You jerks!

as i was in a rush to the store, it was 8:45 and the store had another 15 minuts to close, the doors were closed and the employies were just standing around in there looking at me tring to open the door. i am realy upset by this becaus they still had another 15 min to do there job and tomorow is my friend birthday and now i cant get him his gift. i am out rage at the lack of effert shown by the employes.
