I have to say, not only do these guys know what they are doing but they are also very kind and have excellent prices! My laptops fan started to die and I needed to replace it. I looked up to see what was the going price to have it replaced through the internet and it was about $100. My laptop is 3-4 years old so that basically means that my laptop is probably worth that much so I decided to do it myself (bad idea). I bought the fan and I found a video through Youtube on how to replace the fan, needless to say, the video was on point (but not my skills). I ended up snapping a piece which I thought I managed to put back in place while crossing my fingers that it would work and sure enough, it didnt. So I decided to take a chance and bring in the laptop to "Upgrade" after reading their reviews on Yelp because I didnt have $500 for a new laptop and Im not sorry I did. Not only did they fix the piece that I snapped off but they also saw that I didnt buy the correct fan. They had the correct one on hand and so they replaced mine with theirs and gave mine back to me. They did all of this for a lot less than $100 and my laptop is working just fine, like it was before the fan died. I recommend "Upgrade" to anyone that needs any PC/Laptop repairs. So i went into here looking for a case for my iPhone 7.And then I looked around and the bootleg outer boxes are 29.99.Then I look to the right and see the better cases like uag and spigen also overpriced.Then store environment was extremely confusing it went from old ps2 video games to overpriced phone cases looks like a pawn shop if you ask me.I asked about storage upgrades and he was extremely rude dont go here and spend your money also they did a horrible repair on my iPhone with the screen popping out after like a day or 2 when you walk into a star you want someone to comfort you saying how can i help you and so on but no they stay talking Chinese without saying a word to you overall very bad place with bad prices and bad service go to a Best Buy where they comfort you with how can I help you, personal advice and so on overall extremely bad experience thanks upgrade

Not gonna lie these guys know what they are doing, and are nice in the way they talk. However they might try to trick you. I once walked in and asked how much would it cost for a gaming system, i told them id be playing cod,cs go, lol. They said i would need $1000 min, thank god i knew about pc and specs and wat could actually run these games so i said thanks and left. The games i described can be run with a $400 dollar gaming pc at decemt fps at 1080p. The only reason i went was because i didnt have the confidence of building it myself but eventually i did and it came out fine. Was $650 and destroys all games also i got to choose everything, the case especially important because i wanted a nice looking pc. End of story is they are good however know your fair share so you dont overpay.

I went to this store for the first time based on reviews with fingers crossed cause The Geeks were asking $$$ and Im not exactly rolling in dough. Miguel was extremely helpful and gave me a price up front which was very reasonable but also warned me of the possibility that it might be more cause my hard drive might be fried. They checked out my HD and 2 days later, I got my laptop back and they managed to fix it without having to replace my HD. I wouldnt hesitate to go back if I ever needed service again. Very honest and knowledgeable guys.

awful repair service – Bottom line, they are crooks. Dont waste your time or money, store looks like a pawn shop. i even caught this guy looking on youtube how to open HTC cellphone!!!!!! ....you can fix your electronics on youtube and save money.

They are supposed to be a UPS access point to pickup your package, they should open at 11 and I have been waiting for an hour and they still havent opened yet. Be responsible and respect people time.
