Ive been going here for as long as I remember and have not had a serious problem until now. I bought a used Xbox one from them today and the controller that came with it was broken and the button used to connect it to the console was totally broken. No big deal (or so I thought) I can just go to GameStop and get it replaced. This is exactly what I did. I get home at 2am excited to play skyrim and the replacement controller they game me does not work and is completely broken. Hopefully I can go there tomorrow morning and they will give me one that actually works...

Scumbag employees. lie about brand new games out of stock so they can sell preowned games. But when you confront them whit the online availability in the store, they change the tune and the games magically appear in stock. Beware of the GameStop shady practices.

the last trip I took to game stop I was getting charged $5 for pre-ordering resident evil 7, when I found out they said if I dont pick it up I would be getting my money funded back to my credit card. I still dont see it.
