Warning do not show up in this game stop because their customer service is so terrible that they would do everything they can to get more money out of you they have zero customer service training they are very rude and they dont know how to treat customers the right way and the worst of all the manager has no name tag until I found out her name was Melissa please for the name of God remove that piece of crap manager and replace one that actually cares about GameStop customers I decided to stop shopping in that GameStop store inside the gateway mall because everytime when I pre-ordered a game and it never showed up in the system and they refused to give me the game. so I decided to look it up in my PowerUp Rewards account and it shows that I pre ordered it but in their system it does not so they kept telling me to contact GameStop customer service support line so I did the representative told me even though it doesnt show in the system as long as it shows up in your power up rewards card account they supposed to give you the game anyway but the stupid ass manager still refused to give me the game that I pre ordered so I told the manager that I am going to stop shopping here I just wasted $60 of money putting into the games that I pre ordered so I filed a complaint to customer service support line they decided to give me a $60 gift card and told me to go to another Gamestop with the gift card I was so happy at least the customer service support line aka the representatives care for their GameStop customers thats has never failed me once again DO NOT SHOP IN THIS GAMESTOP UNTIL THEY FIND A BETTER MANAGER THAN MELISSA YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Worst experience ever. I understood the long line one day before Christmas I did not mind the long wait. When I finally reached the counter they were quick to brush me off by saying I could not pick up my online order gamestop lost even though I called customer service the night before where they assured me there would be no problem. I spoke to Miguel the man in charge and told him I had ordered this package since Dec. 9 and to call corporate which i was told that they would authorize the transaction. He had set his mind not to give me the item an xbox one 1tb gears of war bundle but he called. He told me he was not authorized to do the transaction. I spoke to the rep he said he was but then started to backtrack his story and after the manager spoke to the rep. Supposively the rep hung up the phone. What B.S. I ended up paying for a console I had already paid online again at the store. Never shopping here again or at Gamestop period. Could not give them zero stars because I couldnt.

My go to store. Never had much of a problem with anyone there just small ones like an employee (1 in my case) coming up to me, as well as anyone that enters and asks if you want to pre-order something, like damn wheres the greeting, "Welcome to Gamestop" but regardless they all have been very helpful. Although I do wish that the GS corporation would send updates to their employees about game news such as release dates quicker than an unofficial gaming blog or website. Still, I got that part covered for myself. Anytime I give a call Im glad that barely any of the employees there give me the boring sales pitch, just "Thanks for calling GS, how can I help you", just excellent :D - Been a customer since the day they opened Since 2015, I stopped shopping here and went to Best Buy, mainly for Gamers Club Unlocked, great service. Goodbye GameStop.

Horrible customer service, and how is it that if they close at 8 pm why is the door closed at 7:50? And then tell me from behind the door theres nothing they can do about it. Why doesnt the corporate offices fire all these lazy employees and give the jobs to people that apply for the position, because anyone would be better than most of the staff they have now.

Best customer service at this GameStop! Adrianna and Mike are excellent managers who put their customers first. Never have I been treated with so much respect and patience when wanting to make a purchase and had questions. Very accommodating store who cares about their customers... recommend this store to all gamers and GameStop users...

The have pre owned games that dont work and they give broken game cases. Also the employees are also eating well attending customers. There is only one person working and to purchase a game and Wait takes about 45 minutes. Not the best place to shop for games.

Theres always only 1 person behind the register. Line takes for ever. And they neverrrrrrrr answer the phone. This is the only gamestop that neverrrrrrrr answers the phone. Its absurd.
