Every GameStop is different, well - the people are and the stores all stock similar items. Its the people who make this gamestop particularly special, theyre passionate about their business because its also their pleasure. One staff member last night was mentioning how he was saving up his rewards points to obtain 2 new games next month when they were released. He looked excited and knowledgeable. Im 36 now and a bit out of touch with todays games so when I have a store clerk who is able to help me, I really appreciate it. I hope your experience at this store is the same as mine. :)

Overcharged for one of their games and had warranties added onto my purchase that I didnt ask for. When I went to ask for a partial refund, the ginger store clerk smugly said that it was their policy not to offer a refund even with the items still in package. Avoid their store at all costs.

All Pokemon cards purchased from here were the absolute worst pulls. Condition of the merchandise was sub-par (box had dents and signs of wear). One employee, Chris, was extremely helpful while the other one was very unprofessional not doing his job, catching up with his friends I presume.
