Called this GameStop to check on the availability of an item & they said they had what I needed however, when I showed up to the store to buy my item no one could find it. Apparently somebody must have stole the item since no one could find it & the sales representative had set it aside for me once I had called. All I gets an apology for my time & energy being wasted. What a joke! Im done with GameStop all together. There are other more reliable stores who want my money.

Its been about 6 years since Ive been going to this gamestop, and it has gotten worse, to the point where I had stop going.The employees are slow, rude, and its clear that the manager just hires anyone, because barely any of them have any idea whats going on, and give out false information half the time. Everyone needs to fired, and they need to get people who are well informed on console hardware, pc, and more.

Worst GAMESTOP EVER!!!!! The employees are so f***ing rude, disrespectful and discriminate to people with disabilities! I will never go to this GameStop. I thought GameStop is open minding to everyone, but not this location. These people made fun of a person with a disability! It was the manager and the employees! Everyone if you dont want to be disrespected or discriminate dont go to this GameStop!

Terrible service and the staff barely knows anything about the items they sell. I dont expect them to know everything, but when I went it to pre-order the PS Vita Launch day bundle, they didnt even know what that was. As a video game store, you would think they would know about New consoles theyre selling and the packages they come in. Cant say Ill be supporting this GameStop anymore

I called jamaica store and wanted to ask one question. First, whoever answered the phone spoke jibberish. Second, while was asking my question the employee began talking other people then put me on hold and never came back to answer my question smh. It made me call another game store immediately and I got better customer service.

Nothing to like about this place at all!!! They a really long time to find a game they said they had 2 copies of and in the end came up with nothing. I went there a second time looking to buy a game and they took 20 mins to service one customer and there was multiple employees in the back so I ended up leaving.

I would have gave it 4 stars a couple months ago but the shop feels like a downgrade from switching mangers store looks messy and not structured service takes to long and they also dont do computer currency which i believe is a good money maker the new ideas feel like they need some going over through.

First, the address is wrong. The manager is not helpful, he told me to wait outside while I was waiting for my cousin to make a purchase. The same guy told the sales associate not to look for a game the system said they had. If I zero stars, I would because thats what they deserve.

i work here, the location is convenient. some customers are good and some arent. the store is frequently busy which is good business. sometimes i do feel like we need security, its kinda dangerous. its ok for the most part.
