I dont have no problem with retro plus just a problem with rules not been posted for the public to know. I understand buisness has to make there money in order to provide for the buisness to grow, but one thing they need to work on is not threating customers to be ban just cause someone is selling an item to another customer ... Its understandable if they are in the store, but if outside the premises shouldnt be a problem aslong its not done inside the store. Someone came in to sell a game, I offered to buy , I was told I cant buy the game because I could get ban out the store, I asked the person can I go outside and buy the item away from the store, they said no, no matter if its off the premises I still could get ban just cause they already put it in the system.. I mean why ban people from entering the store if the purchased is off premisses .. all because they wanted to triple the price and sell it to another customer. I was very surprised!! ... Its a reason why gamestop dont waste there time banning people , they dont loose nothing by allowing the people to buy other customer items away from there buisness. They understand everyone is on a budget and are willing to help aslong you are not doing it inside the store and off the premises!! ..

Me and my friends go here all the time, its honestly starting to suck all the money out of my wallet. We like to search the store for the worst video games and thanks to the low prices and the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal, we have amassed a collection of the worst games imaginable. The people who work here are some of the most friendly people alive, even when they are super busy, they still seem to enjoy their jobs and are very willing to help you out when needed! They also have a lots and lost of great classic and old games as well, Ive picked up Silent Hill 3 and many other gems here. I plan on picking up some old video game consoles when I get some more cash, since they always have them at a reasonable price. Trade in deals are great as well, sometimes I dont get much but its understandable when you are trading in a Splinter Cell game that they already have 25 of. Also, the music in the store is great, whoever the DJ is, you got some great taste. If you love video games and want to pick up some old and new stuff at a fair price, check this place out!

Very unreliable...I have been here a few times and bought several games which I was very excited to play. Unfortunately upon getting home several of these games have been unplayable due to being extremely scratched. I recently tried to play Kingdom Hearts 2 which I purchased on my last visit and it kept freezing. Upon turning over the disc I saw several large scratches. This store is a bit of a distance from my house (several towns away) so for the low amounts I have paid it has not been worth driving back as I will spend more in gas getting there and back then its worth. Due to this I cannot speak on there return policy. I can say the people who work their are very friendly which has been the only high point. It has simply been a disappointment especially when I am very excited to play and cannot. I will be sticking to Game Xchange at least when I buy games their they check them out before they sell them to you and put them in the disc buffer...

Pros: -Usually helpful/friendly staff -Large variety of items -Hosts events -Most prices are fair (not ripoffs) Cons: -Exchange rate is really poor (ex. offers $6 for a $20 mario game with good demand) -SOME prices are at par with ebay, makes it feel like youre not getting much of a deal Overall, its a good place. I think if they made their prices more competitive it would be better to shop there opposed to ebay every time. Also, they have to stop putting the price labels on the game boxes (like snes boxes) where it can damage them removing it D:

There arent many places like this in the area, so when I stopped by Retro Games Plus, I was pleasantly surprised. They have a great selection of Nintendo and Sega games along with all sorts of other retro consoles, and they even have a lot of games for newer consoles. While Im not a toy collector, they have a really nice selection of action figures and collectibles as well. The staff is super friendly and most importantly, the prices are really good! If youre from the area, and even if you arent, Retro Games Plus is worth a visit!

HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!! I bought a turtle beach headset from here and it was missing the audio splitter cable. The headset was not used so they had to lose the part. I went back to tell them and they said they would replace it free of charge. IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET IT IN, ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY ORDERED THE WRONG PART!!! I live 3 towns over and drove over 2 times because of their mistakes. I will never go back to this place. Theyve made me spend money, gas, and time. I didnt get what I paid for and Im outraged.

I love exploring the shelves here, I usually find a good deal. Always a great selection. Had an issue with a purchase that didnt work but the staff were quick to help. Prices are the best youll find in a retail store of this kind, about the same as online. They host trade nights periodically, which are a ton of fun and you get to meet a lot of cool people.

Best place to go for pretty much all your gaming needs. Theyre friendly staff who are incredibly knowlageable, not to mention the reasonable prices and wide variety of consoles and games to choose from. Definately going to make this place a regular stop.

I brought in my old TurboGrafx 16 system, games and accessories, then walked out with a Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" Tablet and a check for a whole bunch of cash. They were far more fair than I had expected. Nice guys, good deal. I Highly recommend.

Im a regular here, and they have very fair prices, unlike a lot of other retro stores that Ive been to. The people who work there are all bros, and the building is clean and has a great vibe to it. The best retro store Ive ever been to!
