Never going back to this store. My husband specially ordered his playstation there, spending over $500. While he was there, he accidentally left his license at the register. No one noticed before he left the store. When he finally realized a couple days later and realized it mustve been there, I first called the store and was just told that they had no licenses there. Later on when he called, they said that they had discovered his card but due to store policy after 2 days they send it to their regional manager to be destroyed. He asked why no one had tried to contact him, they lied and said they had. We have been calling corporate and have been given the run around for days about the matter. At this point, not only do I refuse to spend any money here or possibly at any GameStop, but am also considering returning the console and purchasing elsewhere.

Bought a brand new PS4 and within 30 days it broke. The manager Christine was nice and exchanged a new one for me. Unfortunately the one they gave me broke within 10 days. I brought it in and they told me to contact Sony and when I called Sony they told me that the system GameStop gave me was not new. The serial number was already in their system. GameStop is Shady AF. Will not buy anything from them ever again. Better off going with Amazon or BestBuy or directly from Sony.

Called in advance to ask if they had a new game that was just released also what time store closes and was told 9:00 pm. So why is it I get to the store about 8:45-8:50 and Im being told the store is closed with about 10-15 min to spare and employees in the store with the gate half way down AND the OPEN sign still on....Smh.
