Im definitely giving them a 5 star review! Ive read some of the reviews and I cant say I have had to deal with anyone over the phone so I cant describe my experience with anyone directly, but, I have had a headset for the ps4 that I purchased 3-4 years ago for $100. The one year manufacturer warranty was well passed overdue. I decided to contact the company via email due to the headset cracking on both arms. Then after a few days of use, the mic broke right at the connector so it couldnt be moved or it would fall off. I was not the happiest. After the email, either the same day or the following day, a gentleman named Matt responded. He was very quick and very helpful with his responses. With all the directions needed, I went to fed ex and sent the headset off, it was $11 I think to send it. They received it about a week after. Then about 2 weeks later, I received a package from them and inside the package was a brand spanking new turtle beach headset. I looked up the headset and it was more expensive then my original headset and it was pretty much exactly the same, but a different and nicer color (black) but it had the same equalizer to fine tune everything. I know its a very long story but the customer service I received was well above and beyond. So Im sorry for any bad service others might have received but that doesnt say anything about the company. They were more then great to me. I wont ever move to any other company for a headset. Thats for sure.

As I can see from the reviews on here, I am not the only one that dealt with their abysmal customer service. It took forever to get into contact with somebody and when they finally did get back to me they told me they could only take back there crappy headset and give me the same crappy headset back. Keep in mind this was over the course of I believe two (2) months, and by the time they got back to me I was out of warranty and they said they couldnt do a thing for me! I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF MY MONEY EVER AGAIN! Im even more disappointed in the fact that I have only ever heard good things about their electronics and my headset mic boom stopped working in the first two weeks. I plan on telling everyone how bad this company is, so they never buy a thing from them again!

If you called someone and they kept interrupting you and then they kept hanging up on you every time you attempted to explain a certain issue you were having, would you consider that to be a rude person? Well, this is the exactly what happened when I tried to call TurtleBeach. After attempting to explain the issues i was having the customer service representative kept interrupting me and putting me on hold randomly only to come back on the phone several moments later to yell at me. When i asked for their name they simply told me they were going home and that to call back monday. By far the worst customer service reps I have ever had to deal with. Certainly lost me as a customer.

Ive been buying these headsets for about six years now. And they seem to be costing more and becoming cheaper in quality. I recently bought the elite pro for 200 and putting on the headset the plastic at the top snapped on both sides only had it for about two months. I treated the headset like it was my own child considering I paid so much for them. As for it to break just from putting them on is unacceptable.

Never had a receptionist been so rude to me. This company does not care about you. In fact while explaining how my brand new headset was not working she audibly laughed at me then I spoke over me to tell me it want her problem. I cant believe any company that values its customers do little is still in business I wont be dealing with these people again that is for sure

These people dont care about anything except their own jollies. They obviously dont care about their customers. Their reputation precedes. If you think you need anything they have - go elsewhere. They are not exclusive. Stay away. Run. Gave them one star because there was no option for zero stars.

terrible product , wont even sync , spent last hr 1/2 trying but nothing , followed instructions which had no quick set up guide whatsoever , never had such issues with other headsets i have owned , its a rip off when one cannot even utilize the product , this is bs

Paid $300 for a PS4 headset that lasted 3 weeks, and youve got to be joking if Im going to buy "replacement parts" to install the "transmitter" myself.
