Worst ever, they should fire everyone in that place, they are so rude and nasty with people. They dont even care about the sales they make they just want everyone to get out of the place. Game stop should hire a whole new team for the game stop on myrtle ave because these people now in there are making many people stop purchasing products from this store and traveling to another. Just so they wont deal with the disrespectful attitudes( especially this two toned hair ).

I wish there was another choice. Employees are nice but when its gets down to pure customer service they freak out and throw all of that politeness out of the window. The wait time to actually buy something here is PATHETIC. This place has a DMV feel more than a place that provides entertainment products.

This place is terrible!!!!! theres always 30 people in there with ! person behind the counter helping, but there is 2 or 3 others walking around, theres usually a 20 min wait to get to the counter!! the workers are nice and polite once u reach the counter but good luck not walking out first!!!!

Dude who was behind counter today deserves a raise. I watched him help a mother of a 14 year old autistic boy with video game selection that would be engaging for him. Took the time and had the patience that went far beyond his every day duties...... TL;DR VERSION 10/10 Will be back again

Horrible customer service. The manager herself is terrible and always has a nasty attitude. I rather travel to the city from now on to get to gamestop then to give them anymore of my money.

Always check the preowned games before leaving the store. Ive had a few times where I had to go back because the disc sold to me was scratched and no able to be read by my system. Smh

They have have a medium size selection of games and the workers are always very helpful and friendly. Id recomend never buying used but if you must do so at your own risk.

This GameStop located in Ridgewood,Queens,is one of the better stores of their chain.Its always well stocked and the staff are always helpful and quite courteous
