The cashier Angel was very rude. He refused to assist me for 2 seconds to remove something from a security lock so i can look at the item. Then after I was finally assisted after rudely being told to "wait on the line" just to look at an item. I decided to purchases the item at the register and the cashier wouldnt acknowledge me as i was paying, he was texting on his cell phone and didnt even wish me a good day or a your welcome or nothing when i nicely said thank you and the end of the terrible transaction. Terrible service. So rude with an attitude. Like all you have to do is be polite. Work on your people skills Angel. Never shopping here again.

Every Game Stop Ive ever visited is understaffed and this location is no different. There is usually one employee servicing the entire store, which often means they are glued to the register/phone. Employees are friendly and helpful when you can actually get their ear, but wait times are always quite long. Game/Hardware availability is generally good but service availability is severely lacking.

This was one of my worst experience in this store they dont know there trade values. "End up losing money for their mistakes " I recommend to ask them to double check the trade values before they finish with your purchase. Even Though The staff are really helpful and This is my to go store to buy my games and accessories.

The staff are well-meaning and nice. But its Gamestop guys. The terrible things people say about the company are 100% true. Try to support Video Game Buddy over on Steinway and Ditmars.Theyre independently owned and will try to beat Gamestops prices.

Considering this is the biggest gamestop in our area, the quality of service and the appearance of this store is good but I wouldve given a very good if they can be more organized and have more employees at the register and around the store.

Absolutely the best Gamestop that Ive been to. The staff there is welcoming and accommodating. In particular, a manager named Richard, who is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to solve any concerns or issues you may have. Great store!
