The staff here were pretty friendly to me. The dude called me to let me know my reservation was available, and recognized me when I asked for the game at the counter. The chick was also engaging, and actually responded to my conversational manner. Many salespeople in the city will pretend like you didnt say anything! The dude did lecture a customer about taking too long to return an item. It wasnt a particularly sympathetic approach. And yet, the chick reassured a different customer that she could return a game a bit after their stated return policy, which was a nice commonsense gesture. They had Etrian Mystery Dungeon, which is relatively hard to find, so thats cool.

Worst staff, theres always a line, today there were more than 20 people on the line, only one cashier and 2 employees chatting with each other, we asked to speak to the manager jhon, he never came out. Never coming here again.

Went to buy a game, but got more than expected I received a lecture about a returning item. Stood for solid ten minutes. Respect to that one cashier taking one for the team, the team that wasnt even there to support him.

Good place to find cheap used games. Horrible place during a release. The workers cannot handle a big line at all. Horrible customer service. The rewards program is only useful for the gameinformer subscription.

Employees are somewhat friendly and the game selection isnt bad. Personally, there isnt anything that stands out, and you can pre-order your games from Amazon and get a 20% discount.
