I came to buy prepaid plan with a data. After I had paid all amount, I received my phone with installed T-Mobile sim card. The call worked OK, however, the internet was incredible slow. I brought it to attention of the clerk. She shrugged and said that since this phone is belonged to T-Mobile its internet will work on slow Edge technology. Actually, the internet is almost unusable and T-Mobile sells its plan for all phones without notify that only their phones will receive good bandwidth. They refuse to make refund. Im very disappointed by their service. Of course, this is the first and the last month that I will use T-Mobile.

A Private User

I was frantically looking for an open T-Mobile store around 8:00 pm a few days ago so I could get the new Galaxy S for my son. I saw a salesperson leaving this store so I asked him when they opened in the morning. He actually re-opened his store and spent the next hour with me and helped me get the phone for my son! He even gave me a free car charger!! I really like the people who work there. They are very friendly and take the time to make sure you leave happy! I would reccommend this store to anyone who needs a phone.
