First and foremost what an amazing store and staff they have!!!!! I was feed up with my current carrier (tmobile ugghh) and decided to switch. I was looking for a provider that was, A. reliable, B. affordable, and C. honest. My prior experience with tmobile was just horrible to say the least. They mislead me into believing they were looking out for my best interest when all they were doing was selling me what they wanted to sell. Long story short, I was quoted $120-$130 with taxes all in. When i got my first bill, it was $294.56!!!! Returned everything to the store and that same day switched over to at&t. Andy and Lief were incredible. They gave me several options for wireless services and outlined the difference in each package. At the end, I made a well informed decision and everything they said was just that, NO HIDDEN NONSENSE OR FEES!!! And because of that Im a customer for life!!! They went above and beyond their duties to make sure I was happy with my choice and that I was well informed of what my monthly charges consisted of and what my service agreement entails. They were genuinely considerate of my time and money. Most of all, they were honest and friendly!!! True service with a smile :) I will refer everyone I know to this location.

Ive been an at&t customer for many years and loyal to a different store that didnt do much for me. I stopped here one day because it was on my way, and I will never go anywhere else. The staff was great and I was treated so well from the moment I walked in. Layth answered all my questions an set me up with my new Iphone and transferred everything from my old phone. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Do not go to this AT&T dealer! The guy was so rude me my father and I. Gave us the hardest time when trying to activate a new phone. They lack product knowledge and their customer service is horrible!!
