Worst costumer service experience ever! Dont shop at this store! I recently traded in an old iPhone for a new iPhone through this Verizon store but I received the wrong phone on the mail. Costumer Service (1-800 number) indicated to go back to this Verizon "Corporate" Store and return the wrong phone then order a new one. The new iPhone was never opened, still with the wrapping plastic, this Verizon store refused to give me the original trade in value of my old iPhone. One employee by the name of "Ed" was particularly unfriendly to the point that he said he was just a "foot soldier" in the corporate machine that Verizon is. A "foot soldier"? If Verizon Costumer Service Dept heard this kind of language will they be okay? What happen to good costumer service practices? This employee went on to "lecture" me in net present value as if he was an accomplished economist, he compared the phones they sell to used cars sales. I guess if they see it that way, they act as if they were "used cars salesmen." I called Verizon Costumer service and they happily processed the return keeping the same trade in value of my old iPhone. Moral my review: Dont shop at this store, worst costumer service ever!

I would give it a worse number of stars if I could, but I cant. Ive gone to this Verizon a number of times and theyre always less than helpful. The solution for them is always to go somewhere else or have insurance and others help instead of the employees in the store. The customer service is HORRIBLE, specifically the specialist John who always responds with an attitude and makes no effort at hiding how much he does not like his job. Definitely go to the Verizon in Union on 22 because this store is not an accurate representation of the customer service Verizon typically has.

Purchasing a phone from Verizon at this location was truly the worst experience of my life. The staff was rude and incompetent. I would never step foot back in that store again. As a matter of fact I plan on changing my cell phone provider after this experience. I will never use Verizon again.

My family and I were very fortunate to be serviced by Lashia today. She stayed 1 hour past the closing time and refused to go home until she resolved an issue we were having. She went above and beyond and made me proud to be a new Verizon customer.
