I am greatly disappointed with the service and disrespect given to my family by the technician at Langhorne. She took her phone in for screen replacement and it was returned with a new screen but now the phone does not have sound, it had it right before handing it over to them. I have used this service six times, this is the second time they refuse to own their errors! The first time the screen they replaced pop up and cracked, they wouldnt owned it and did not give a discount, paid full price for their mistake. Now the technician is arguing we me and lying, making excuses with everything I say to him. My daughter came home crying that they broke her phone and wouldnt fix it. He states my daughter was fine with the repair. I asked why did she come home in tears? His Story started to change. Also, he has a big ego as he states he is the best and never makes a mistake. I know that is not true in electronics as I was in Computer Repair for a large company and static charges happen! He states he checked the phone before working on it not true, I had a phone there March 31st, they did not test it prior to repair, I watched They never admit their mistakes, just take your money. Try doing some customer service, instead of being greedy!!!! You should fix your errors and be thankful you have customers that return to you. UPDATE: I go back on Monday and the "kinda Manager" is there, he worked on this phone the week before and the sound was working. Of course the employee that broke the phone didnt bother to tell Felix I was coming in. He said he would have brought a speaker in since the part not in stock. The employee called Felix earlier and asked to work at another store, COWARD! Felix said to come back tomorrow, I replace the speaker. Well thank God I called first, no big surprise, Felix not in today or Wednesday or the rest of the week or so Im told. Im being JERKED AROUND! I left my name and number still no phone call! They have no customer service!!!!!!

Horrific experience! My son broke my Wifes Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which had almost 3000 photos on it, mostly of our 3 kids. I called this store and they told me it would cost between $90 and $120 to backup the data. Not too bad. It took me 10 minutes to get to the store. Once I did the guy told me they couldnt do it there in less than 48 hours and if I needed it done right away that Id have to head to their Headquarter Store in Iselin, NJ which is 1 hour away. Umm, OK. Why wasnt I told that on the phone? He proceeded to tell me that it would cost between $60 and $75. Great! Ill save some money! So I take the 1 hour drive down the always congested Route 1 Corridor to Iselin, NJ. I walk in and start explaining to the person at the counter my situation and what needed to be done. He proceeded to tell me that it would cost $199 because he needed to replace the screen in order to be able to backup the data! I explained to him the issue of my being told 2 different things and 3 different prices in my 3 encounters with their Stores. He interrupted me 3 times while I was talking with the same "How am I supposed to backup the data without replacing the screen?" crock of you know what. I walked out with some choice words about their horrific, nonexistent Customer Service. I just finished transferring the Files myself with an $8.49 MHL Adapter which I paid Amazon $5.99 to deliver the same day. I then spent $49.99 on a 128 GB micro SD card that I can use in our future smart phones as well as other devices. 2 hours and 20 minutes of my time wasted and I did it myself for $134.53 cheaper than the 3rd quote this place gave me. Thanks for nothing!

IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY - My accusations are 100% TRUE and VALID and here is PROOF of how combative and disrespectful the reps at this business are. At no time was the phone located in my back pocket with keys. Only an idiot would do that with their phone. I held professional bearing on the phone while being told that you guys dont babysit your customers. I will continue to stand my ground and let it be known that your company delivers a horrific customer experience and offers low quality products. And as stated prior your price is $75 until we get to your store and you force us to write a good review in order to pay the $75 price. Continue with the lies.. -ORIGINAL COMPLAINT- This place is a joke! FIRST they advertise to fix your iPhone 5 screen for $75.00 and when you get there they tell you its $85.00. After a debate with an employee they compromise to offer the $75.00 deal if you agree to write a good review on their service. Everything was awesome 2 days ago however after pulling my phone out of my pocket on the second day I noticed that the screen was cracked. Clearly this is not the same glass that apple uses. However they assure you that it is.After calling to explain the situation, I was told "we can not babysit you and make sure that you dont crack your phone" I was accused of causing damage to my phone and was told they cant return a broken screen. THE QUALITY OF THEIR SCREENS ARE BOTTOM BARREL AND I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY. They force you to write the review before you even pay for the service so these reviews are not even 100% genuine. After their $5.00 tax.. I have officially wasted 80 bucks on this joke of a company.

Cheaters !! Not trustworthy at all !! Dont take responsibility for their mistakes !! I chose to read the good reviews on this but I think they are all cooked up My Iphone 5s screen had a slight crack on the surface.The phone was completely functional with minimal scratches. I showed my phone to this guy who talks in a veryyy friendly manner making you feel he is there to take care of your phone. The behavior is good only until you swipe your card or pay him the money. He changed my iphone screen & charged somewhere around 75-80$. They claim to give 30 day warranty with any repair.I could see him putting another phones screen that he had but he claimed it to be a brand new one. It was just 2 days after the fix that I could notice the screen not functioning as usual.The phone used to get hanged,the screen typing was not what it used to be,there were multiple typos due to the improper functioning.When the phone used to get hanged,I only had the option of locking & unlocking the screen assuming that it will now function properly which sometimes it did. I took the phone again to this shop & explained the problem (as they had a 30 day warranty).After explaining the problem,this guy tells me that this problem happens with his phone too !! He completely denied anything wrong with the phone & said it seems your touch controller needs be changed (which was never a problem with my phone before) & we usually charge 90$ for it but I can do it for 50 buck for you !! I was like I am not going to trust this guy any more. I would absolutely not recommend getting your expensive cellphone fixed by this cheat who is not worth any trust at all !!!
