Dont come here. I was long overdue for a phone upgrade. Explained I had just moved states & hadnt found a job yet, so I couldnt afford anything fancy or unnecessary. The male sales rep tried to up-sell me the whole time & even got his male boss to come over & up-sell too ( & they wouldnt take "no" repeatedly, as an answer ). I picked a phone out & then they had trouble transferring the contacts, photos, & music from the old phone ( it took them 3 & 1/2 hours, just to transfer the contact numbers, they couldnt finish it ). Even after I said "no to the tablet, they still put it front of me & had me watching videos ( with a comic dropping the "F" bomb & the "N" word out loud ). I got really frustrated & said, "Forget this. I want to cancel everything & leave." They wouldnt listen & they wouldnt give me my old phone back. Just to shut them up, I reluctantly agreed to try the tablet ( my mistake ), just to get out of there. The sales rep had me signing things left & right ( without explaining what I was signing for - $167 charge was later on my Visa ). After I left, I got angry, because I lost track of how many times I told them I couldnt afford more devices or a higher bill. So, after complaining to a national Verizon rep, over the phone, I returned an hour later. They refused to take the tablet back and the supervisor argued with me for another hour. Does he not listen to customers at all or just female customers? Then when the supervisor realized I wasnt backing down, he agreed to take back the tablet, for an additional $70 "re-stocking fee". Seriously, for the tablet I never wanted, along with the forced up-selling & arguing? Bonus, a female sales rep was yelling & cursing at another employee in the back room, with the door open, & the supervisor never addressed that. He just kept arguing with me, telling me how wrong I was for bringing the tablet back. When I left, I was furious and exhausted. These guys are worse than used car salesmen. They obviously dont care about their customers, only about their commission & ripping people off. So disappointed.

They are rude, incompetent, and do not care about their customers. I upgraded my Fios service over the phone with a live verizon fios customer service agent and opted to pick up the 2 new boxes at this location instead of waiting for them to be shipped. This was the worst mistake ever. My husband arrives at the store only to be told they could only give us one box. So he calls me to make sure the order is correct and I re-send him the email with the order# and conf. "Sarah" tells us the email doesnt mean anything and that the order is coming through only showing 1 box. So THEN I conference call Verizon to confirm my order and the live agent speaks directly to "Sarah" and tells her that the order is for TWO boxes and that hes not sure why shes not seeing/understanding that. He tells her that we are being billed for 2 new boxes and 2 new boxes are what we need to receive. She maintains that we can only get one box. She also says to me on the phone that "its almost closing time and your husband is gonna go home with nothing" Well she was right. After pleading with them and having the actual Verizon agent explain to her that the order IS in fact for 2 boxes, they refused to give us our order and my husband returned home with the two old boxes. The agent stayed on the phone through the whole thing and changed the order to have the boxes shipped within 3-5 business days. If you have a choice, let Verizon ship your equipment directly to you or choose a different location for pick up, because the people at this store are slow and unprofessional and are more concerned with going home on time than fulfilling the customers orders.

My husband and I went into this store to swap our phones with each other as it was my turn to have the new phone. Before we left, wed been sold a Wireless hotspot and 2 SIM cards, that we didnt need, been misled about the effect of our transaction on our bill ("You -do- understand prorating, dont you? Are you listening to me?," said our salesman as he lied about our bill.) The next day, when we returned the Jetpack Wireless mobile hotspot we were charged an additional $35 restocking fee even though wed just bought it less than 24 hours before. Customer service from Verizon on the phone said it was their policy that any product can be returned within 3 days without penalty. Finally they admitted theyre not even a Verizon-owned store! and said thats why they dont have to conform to Verizons policies! And looking at the printed invoice, I see in tiny little 4-point type under the Verizon logo where it says "A Wireless Premium Retailer" You think dealing with a big company can be difficult??? Go here and they will lie through their teeth to wrench every penny out of you they can manipulate. We thought they were a Verizon store, which is why we went there for service.. bad mistake! Keep away!!!!!!!!!

I went in to find information about our plan, we have 4 numbers on the account, I gave him the 4 numbers and the pin on our account, j spent 20 minutes there and I gave him everything in the account and he could not access our account. He wasnt even interested in trying to help or do anything to find out, he kept saying "ooohhh I dont know why its not showing up" So I said, "ok so I will go to another store then" So he said "whatever, do whatever you want" when I left, one side of the door didnt open so he started laughing out loud at me with a contempt and mockery tone. Is this the profesional actitud an account manager is suppose to have with customers? I deal with customers at my job, and they are to me the most important and valuable thing in our business. 11/22/16 at 3:30pm. I dont know the name of that person. Business should watch who they hire.

Sold us expired promotions. Lied to us about whether our old phones would work on their network so wed buy new phones. After finding out we called customer service and they told us we have to return the phones at the same store. They spent over an hour trying to figure out how to return our phones and charged us over $100 to do so. Genuinely incompetent and deceptive.
