Fast, Informative and Helpful!!! I came in here to switch service providers. The sales Rep in the store at the time was very knowledgeable in the fastest way for getting my number ported over from AT&T without getting the run around. She was very informative on all current deals for new customers and the phones with all their features. She wasted no time in setting up my phone and sending me on my way. I even got a free promotional stylus pen!!! If youre porting over your number from a different provider or just want a new phone the rep you want to look for is usually there. Hands down best experience in a phone shop ever

I just when in today because I connected my daughter phone to my plan and the line never worked. I go in today and the girl wanted to charge me again the activation fee and simcard fee. Like excuse me, why I already did. She said well you have to pay it again. I told here that it was their error. Buy she continue to say no. She continue to say she worked there for years and we know nothing. She also added what to you guys do for living like really . I am a paralegal and my husband a sales manager at Honda. Wow humanity she is ugly inside trying to put costumers down. U are disgusting MetroPCS girl!!!!!

I merge my lines together and my daughters phone never worked I came back to fix issue and they try to charge me I left the store upset, I stop at the MetroPCS story in Washington Ave in carteret and they fix Mt issue no charge at all and it was an authorized store not corporate now that was the customer service I was expecting from u guys.....

I hate the best experience with the sales rep. She was kind and very informative and got me into a new Samsung at practically little to no money. I dont understand these comments because she wasnt rude at all. And I have recommend several people and they all the same review and experience with this sales rep.
