After a horrendous three days over the holiday weekend to unlock my BlackBerry Classic, I came back to Summit to have it fixed. Three levels of BlackBerry Customer Service technical people could not disengage the Anti-Theft feature. The Equipment Specialist at the Verizon store at the Jersey shore was unable to help me although she tried for two hours. A glitch in BlackBerry’s software caused my phone to lock. In five minutes Pradeep unlocked my phone. This is why I purchase from this location, and this is why I tell everyone about the superior technical service I always receive. Sonu, as he is known to all of us, is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help. You are the best!

I truly cannot say enough about the service provided by Verizon Wireless/JNY. My family and I have been coming here for six years -several times a year. They are incredibly helpful, and patient, and take as long as needed to help you out - with either a broken phone or recovering priceless photos. We will never go anywhere else. The best part is we buy all of our products here: phones, chargers, cases, and because of that all of the service we receive is free. This is truly a phenomenal local business that has unparalleled customer service!

Really wonderful service. I had an emergency with my Droid and could not find an answer anywhere on the web. I am in the middle of selling a property and my cell is the only # I am using for the sale. Within a few minutes, my problems was solved. My husband had a prior excellent experience with buying a phone for oversees use and also connecting the bluetooth. They are a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable professionals!

Went in to upgrade my phone, get screen protector put on and ensure that my existing data were completely moved over to the new device. We were done in 25 minutes. Everything in 25 minutes. Extremely nice individuals with a terrific working knowledge of all their available devices as well as calling plans and how to make them more efficient. Walked in on August 1st asking for a Note 5 and they had none in stock. They had one shipped by the morning of the following day and I was set up by 5pm and walked out. Thanks for your efforts guys.
