I signed up in late April at this store with 3 lines (2 iPhones, 1 iPad). I was assured that you could combine 2 separate promotions: iPhone BOGO (buy one get one) 50% off and $200 iPad rebate when you buy it with an iPhone. Fast forward to the end of June, my iPhone BOGO rebate was rejected because you could not combine it with the iPad rebate! I am only giving them 2 stars because while they refused to help me, they did admit their mistake, which I guess is the bare minimum. Luckily I was able to get T-Mobile customer care to issue me a $200 bill credit. Its pretty embarrassing that a T-Mobile corporate store doesnt know the terms and conditions of their OWN promotions. And shame on you on going back on your word.

This is best #Tmobile store I went to . Staff is great helped me with my phone and table. IF you are Tmobile customer or want to switch go talk to them . David D. Thank you for your help
