I went in to get a phone at 10:15 and left at 1:30 without a new phone. From 10:45 until about 1:25, I didnt even have ANY phone. The reason being I had opted to trade in my phone for credit so it was deactivated and they werent able to reactivate the phone for me when the new one wouldnt activate due to "system issues" and because the "iPhone 7 came out." What does that have to do with anything?! Meanwhile, plenty of other people were leaving with brand new phones. The general manager there only came over to help the sales associate briefly and never came over to apologize to us or go out of his way to help the associate after the initial problem. Corporate headquarters didnt seem to care that I had no phone either. I went into the store with absolutely no phone problems and hopeful for a brand new phone. It took me 5 minutes to pick a new phone out. I was ready to hand over 700 dollars and I was basically told "no, and were going to waste your whole day." Thanks Verizon

BEWARE... Worst store ever. Employees have no idea what they are doing. Spent 2 days at the store to get my phones and plan activated. Even after discussing my plans for hours. Still my first bill had extra $200 charge than what I was suppose to be paying. Called them again, lady told me to call 1800 number. Spent an hour, still couldnt fix it. 2nd bill here we go again. More than $250 extra charged on my account. At least this time the customer service rep was little nice and helped me to his best and was able to remove most of the surcharges and bring it down (close) to normal. Advice: Please try any other store if you are interested in Verizon.

Terrible Customer Service. I asked them to put on a screen protector for me. They said they wouldnt do it unless I spend $25 to buy it at the store because if they mess up, they couldnt replace it. I told them, I had three protectors, so if they messed up one, it was OK with me (if you mess up three, you shouldnt be employed as someone that puts on screen protectors for customers in the first place). They refused to do it. I will NEVER shop at that store and I will tell all my friends and family NEVER to shop at that store. Go to the store on Rt-22 in Watchung instead. They were happy to help and know the true meaning of customer service.

This whole store and all of their employees are terrible this experience was terrible when a retarded manager named Jaimie said that "he didnt have to help me " one guy who clearly didnt even graduate from high school said "he went to law school" to throw it in over an arguement they did not want to value the offer we got from corporate Verizon NOT ONLY THAT THEY PRETENDED TO BE ON THE PHONE WITH THE HEAD OF VERIZON TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER EVEN LOGGED INTO THE SYSTEM FOR IT. WHAT A BUNHC OF LOW VRADEW RETARDED STUCK UP IDIOTS

Through a series of challenging and crazy issues, the assistant manager and John in technical support have been totally patient, understanding and demonstrated amazing follow-up. In addition my family was made more than whole. Not only that but the documentation on our account was consistant with my conversations so when I chatted on line they seemed also informed. This type of problem solving, communication and follow-up was exemplary and there is no price that can be put on fabulous customer service.

I came in here seeking help and the employee who came to me left me standing there and went to help somebody else. I calmly waited for him to come back to me- thinking that he would, but he went to another customer instead. I have left here many times without receiving proper help, and if I want to fix something, they always offer me upgrades or new phones before actually addressing the problem. Some of the workers arent too bad either- just a select few who have made my experience here terrible.

Staff here is very helpful. It is a busy location so do be prepared to be patient when its crowded, but the experience here is always great. You will always get an honest evaluation of what they think is best for you and your family without the hard upsell experience that leaves you wondering what you just bought. Love Verizon and this store has a great selection and provides a very good experience.

The service was fast, but they lacked in quality. Verizon phone customer service stated we had to go to a store to resolve our issue and this stores customer service couldnt resolve our Verizon service/billing issue and directed us to go back to BestBuy where we originally purchased the phone. All BB did was call Verizon customer service and resolved the issue! Unbelievable!

This is by far the worst Verizon I have ever been to in my life nobody knows what theyre doing including the manager I spent seven hours in the store and I didnt even get what I needed I left with no contacts no pictures and a glitchy phone theyre very unprofessional their rude and I will never go there again

Never had a bad experience here. I stopped going to the store on 22 after dealing with the employees here. Always kind, go above and beyond to help. Parking is pain. Theres four spots for customers, and Westfield meter maids for street parking are ruthless.
