I traded in an iphone 6 that was out of service in order to get my iPhone 6s for a lower price, I was told that the printer didnt work so they couldnt give me all my paperwork for the exchange but they assured me that everything was all set. A month after I was charged regular priced and my account showed that my phone was never traded in. I complained to the store and they told me I never handed the phone in, I then asked to speak to a manager. The manager was friendly and acted as if he were on our side, but told me I never handed the phone in. I asked for video footage from that day cause there was no reason for them to lie to me. They only showed me video footage of me leaving with my new phone and my iPhone 5 that i originally brought cause my iPhone 6 was out of service. Its clear to see the difference in size in the video from my iPhone 5 and my new phone but they keep insisting that I never handed a phone in. I asked for the full video footage because its obvious that a huge chunk is missing out of it but the workers and manager are refusing to show me the footage. To avoid any problems just go to the one on route 46, my mom has been going to them for 17 years and never had a problem. This is the first time I deal with route 23 Verizon and still my iPhone 6 is nowhere to be found, video footage is still not shown and my bill still remains incorrect.

Wish I had the same experience as everyone else leaving reviews. I was having trouble logging into my account to complete the trade-in device program. I came into the store, in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, to ensure that it wasnt busy. I was the only one in the store and I felt like the man working their didnt want to help me at all. I explained my situation and he immediately said, "call customer service." I then tried to show him the problem on my tablet and he finally solved my problem by telling me to "trade-in my device as a guest." I questioned how the trade-in program would be reflected on my bill if I completed as a guest and not through my account and he said "its all the same." This conversation and "customer service" lasted a total of 2 minutes. I immediately called customer service and she told me right away that it is not the same process and then she spent the next 30 minutes helping me solve my problem. I usually enjoy solving problems face-to-face, but not in this case. The "customer service" was terrible, even as the only customer in the store.

Told them Im a graduate student and dont have much money to spend on my phone as it was finally starting to break down after 4 solid years. Jamie and whatever the manager on Saturdays name is are both very nice to your face-- I received a free tablet after upgrading my phone. I asked them 8 different ways what the catch was and I was told no catch, only 40 dollar initial activation fee. For a tablet, 40 bucks isnt bad. Then the bill comes, 10 dollars a month for that "free" tablet, plus 40 dollars activation and tax. 175 dollars if I want to return the tablet because its after the 14 day return period. I shouldve read the contract from start to finish, but these guys shouldnt be a bunch of dirtbags and lie to customers faces just to make an extra ten bucks. Its also hard to read a contract when they continue through everything and leave you with just a line to sign on their tablet. Hope they sleep well at night knowing they cost innocent people hard earned money. These guys should be in jail.

This store is the best Verizon store around. The people are so helpful, and no one here is pushy. They all make me feel welcomed every single time I come in. I also never have to wait an eternity to get the help I need. Im usually in and out in a few minutes. Ive upgraded 4 phones over 3 separate visits in the past year (we always switch upgrades so none of our dates match) and one other visit to add 2 free tablets and Im always treated with service unmatched by any other store Ive been in. They were even able to get me 2 of my upgrades a week early. And gave me one upgrade a year early for only $2.50 more on my bill. They take the time to explain every charge carefully, and Ive never had a surprise on my bill. They tell it like it is, and are very honest and caring. They even gave my daughter a free case for her iPhone when she upgraded, and my husband got a free car charger with his. I love this store and will never go to another as long as theyre around, which I hope is forever.

Brought in my own unlocked phone, hoping to be able to use it on the Verizon network. I was told I could trade in my unlocked iPhone 6s for half its price, then use it towards buying the EXACT SAME phone in monthly installments and sign up for a plan. In stark contrast to the prepaid plan on the Verizon website, as well as other googled sites that indicate it is possible to bring in your own phone, I was told I had to buy a new phone. I wasnt even told about the prepaid plan. In addition, I received a bill from Verizon already without signing up for a contract yet. I gave two stars because the employee was cordial. The other employee was yelling at his dad on his phone.

My first experience was today! It was the worst. I asked them to cut my sim card so it can fit in an iphone 6. The first time he thought Im upgrading my phone and asked his friend to get a cutter to do it for me then I told him that Im not upgrading. I already have the phone. He said we dont have a cutter go to another store!!!! I also asked him to deactivate a tablet thats going to its end of contract in two days. I dont want to renew it. He logged in to my account and he said I cant do that from here! You have to call Verizon!!!! So basically he did do any the things that I came for. First and last time ever there!!!

The Rt. 23 Wayne Verizon store is fantastic! The Verizon people that work there are knowledgable, patient, and want to help the minute you walk in the door. When they say theyll be right back, they come right back. I watched them resolve multiple issues with not just myself, but every other customer in the store. I recommend this Verizon store every single time I can to my friends and associates, and each comes back˚ with a smile and thanks. Mark Green

My wife and I recently purchased 2 cell phones from Larry the store manager. Larry was the most helpful and patient sales person I have ever met. He took a lot of time helping my wife fully understand all of the phone options and operating features. I highly recommend purchasing your phone at this location because all of his employees are also very knowledgeable and very helpful
