I was Leary about going into a Verizon store to purchase my new IPhone 7. Boy was I wrong! Amber was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she made my purchase such a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend this store and Amber to everyone! So happy I went there. Amber is an asset to this store.

This is a great store if you are shopping for a gift for the Holidays. Just upgraded to the iphone 5c and the service at this store was impeccable. Ask for Nick and tell him Linda sent you. This is the best Verizon Store I have ever been to and no I am not a personal friend or even an aquaintance!

Went in to exchange my Iphone 5 with 5S. Took over an hour and half for them to do this simple task. Was nickeled and dimed to death. Felt tremendously hussled. Went in today to discuss with the salesman Steve. Called me dude. I left. I do not recommend this store.
