I never write reviews. My phone hasnt been working for a few days on phone calls. The person on the other end of the line said I was breaking up and eventually I couldnt hear them. I went in to the Verizon store and a gentlemen goes to me "looks like your phone is beat up." It wasnt. I explained the situation and his response was "who talks on the phone anyway?" I do seeing as I dont have a landline. His final suggestion to me was either dont use my phone until my upgrade date (in a month) or borrow a phone for a friend. He didnt believe me that this was happening and refused to run diagnostic testing. I ended up calling Verizon wireless and had an awesome rep who helped me. Turns on Verizon is working on a tower in the area and my phone should have automatically been switched off of HD calling but wasnt.

BEWARE OF FALSE SALE CLAIMS!!! My wife and I stopped in to upgrade my IPhone as my two years were up, and one sales person (Joseph Fallucca) insisted that we spend $100 in upgrades to take advantage of the program. We believed him for a moment, but when I asked for details, he started fumbling. After realizing it wasnt true, I gave him a chance to recant, and he instead fled to the back area refusing to get his manager. I contacted Verizon Wireless and they confirmed he was lying, and his response was that it was a "Store Policy" and not a "National Policy", and that they werent a true Verizon store. We went to a different verizon store in the area and they processed our upgrade with no problems. Ill never go back there again!

I came in to find out pricing for upgrading my phone. The saleman kept giving me the run around for pricing. I could never get a straight answer for what the phone will actually cost me. It was somewhere around $500-600. He then tried to push the sale through without telling me. Luckily I stopped him, despite him telling me I would be stupid not to take the deal... I told him I wanted to think about it and would return in the evening. That night another employee broke down the actual price. It was going to cost me $300 more, but I wouldnt have known until I got my bill next month. These people are shady.

I must say this store has been the best Verizon store I have ever been too joseph fallucca.... was the best Rep I have ever worked with he went above and beyond for us . I upgraded five lines and he did the whole process in about an hour and a half which I thought was very impressive considering that all the other stores I visited I waited three hours just to talk to a rep....I also met the manager Edward Wagner also super swell dude all around I got to say its the best experience Ive had with Verizon in 20 years this will be the store that I go to for now on good job Verizon for opening this store

If you’re ever in this store ask to be serviced by Stephanie. She is an excellent customer rep…friendly & very patient. I certainly appreciate her making me aware that there was a warranty available on my charger that wasn’t working properly. Stephanie also patiently installed some apps on my new tablet and told me to feel free to come in ask for her if I needed additional help. She made sure that I got the best price for the products that I purchased. And when I explained why I wanted to hold on to my old smart phone she understood & didn’t try to talk me into upgrading.

Very terrible service, they told me I was available for an upgrade only to a Samsung tablet E. And I came back unaware that I can upgrade to any tablet I want. They then told me that I can either buy a new tablet from them, and not pay a restocking fee. Or if I didnt buy it there I would be charged a 70 dollar restocking fee. Double what normal verizon charges!!!! The thing is they dont have any tablets ok display! How am I supposed to buy something I cant see! First time I was ever here and it was a terrivle experience! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

This is the only Verizon store that is worth coming to. The staff are second to none and make you feel at home. We were lucky enough to be helped by Jessica who is not only patient and kind, but professional and stayed way past closing time to make sure we got we got everything we needed. This store is highly recommended and even if youre not in the area, its worth the gas money to come here for top-notch service.

amazing people at clark location!! manager ed doing great job and has good people...joe sat with me and worked through some major issues that took so much time and patience, and his expertise was unbelievable! on another visit, ed had samir and jessica work with me...they are extremely smart young people...a pleasure..i have recommended this clark site to many people as a reult of my positive experiences here

Great experience, stopped in to check out new plans and ended up switching from my current provider and bundling with my fiancé to save a ton of money in the process thanks to the advice of the store manager Ed. I now pay less per month, and got a couple gift cards in the process because of some promotions that Verizon is offering. Thanks again to the awesome team at Clark Verizon.

Jessica Torres was amazing. I went into the store with my mother to upgrade her phone and Jessica managed to multitask and help me with my plan and my mother. I have to say every time I come here I get "White glove" service. Jessica and her team are knowledgeable and helpful. I have and will recommend this store for as long as I stay with Verizon service. I love the team here. Very warm welcome when you walk in, feels great having a place to sit down and relax while purchasing my new phone. Didnt feel like I was being sold anything and the manager was incredible, checking in on me throughout the sale! Definitely the best experience Ive had at a Verizon store.

Excellent Customer Service! Staff was kind and courteous and very helpful. They resolved a problem I was having with my account quickly, reduced my bill, and I got a great deal on a tablet. Thanks again to everyone there and the manager Ed. Will be back when its time to upgrade.

Stopped in for some issues with my s8 staff was very friendly and helpful, the salesman offered me a tablet but I had just purchased one from Best Buy already or else I would have taken it , I didnt buy anything this time around by def will in the furture
