WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! When I had gone to the store, the only sales reps working that I know by name were Duane and Ron, though there was a third person there as well. Duane was the one who I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. I had gone to upgrade my phone which was fine except for the fact that I was told by T-Mobile customer service themselves that I could choose to either pay $31.25 per month as part of the installment plan or I could lease the phone and pay $9.95/month when trading in a qualifying phone, which I did. After being upgraded and before processing payment I had asked Duane again to which he replied "yeah youll see it there just wait two weeks for the bill." It has now been two weeks and all I see is the instalmment plan for $31.25. He then tries to sell me a case, a screen protector (which is necessary for any smartphone purchased now a days) telling me all I have to pay is $5.95 since it is included in the upgrade bundle, fast forward two weeks, I now have an installment plan on both the case and the screen protector. Both of which Ill be returning. He then kept saying to Ron "yo he getting a screen protector, yo he getting a case too and its waterproof" ... Duane, the case obviously had exposing holes in it. Ive never seen a case that did not seal the phone be waterproof, I would hope a cellphone sales representative would know this. He was then more considered with trying to get me to buy headphones, wireless speakers, and tried giving me a sim card with data, without me asking for one. I then asked him if it was complimentary with the upgrade bundle as well, to which he then says "no its an extra $5/month" ... Again, I did not ask for this, but he was quick and ready to add it in with my purchase. Duane was more concerned with making commission off of every little thing he could possibly throw at me rather than actually listen and cater to the customers needs. I will never return there again!

"Irresponsibility and unprofessional job conduct." 1.They really do not know what they sell and what kind of phones they have in stock. In the beginning I already told them I wanted Galaxy J3 . After signning up, they let me know they do not have it In stock. My two kids, wife and I waited almost 50 mins to contract and also charged me $50 for the temporary number. If they told me they did not have it in advance I would never stayed there with my all family . 2. Beware the salesperson Jamal. Please do not trust him. He will never cAll you back if you have any issues. He was supposed cAll me three days later. He told me he would get J3 on coming wednesday.But no one called me for 3 weeks. I am still using Verizon. 3. Worst horrible experience ever. No kindness. 4. Please check this review and do not go there.

Beware! The workers try to rip you off and they lie every chance they get to coerce you into buying a new phone. They cannot be trusted. I went there to have my phone troubleshot since it wouldnt charge. The guy in the store didnt bother troubleshooting my phone. Instead he told me it was nothing that they can do and that I have to buy a new phone. I went to Verizon because I was about to switch if I had to buy a new phone after already paying my perfectly working phone off. Verizon immediately started troubleshooting my phone and found that I just needed a new charger smh. Shame on T-Mobile.

You want to talk bad customer service and rip off you havent seen a bad T-Mobile store until you visit the one in my town I live in East Hanover NJ I went to go pay my bill and take care of a little problem I had with my bill and I had to wait an hour when there was no other customers in the store
