This place is garbage when it comes to customer service.. Freddy and Erik are the worst. They sat there and insinuated that a DIFFERENT Metro PCS store I had just came from hacked my account. Accusing what are basically Co workers of hacking someones phone? Wth is wrong with this store and Metro PCS in general for allowing a store like this to operate the way it does. IT WAS NOT THE OTHER STORE THAT HACKED MY ACCOUNT. Ive had the same number for 4+ years. Longer than they worked there... Someones using my phone with another Sim and they wouldnt help because all of a sudden after 4+ years I need a password which I never set up back then... Showed me papers I never filled out due to having a phone line longer than they had their jobs. Apparently the managers name is Selina or something... Well multiple people should be fired here. How can they not help me when Im standing right there ignoring everything I say being silent because they were clearly lazy and put the blame on another store that was accutally polite to me. And I can see the lie in their eyes. Offensive and disrespectful people that seem to wanna lounge around all day because I was the only customer there. I will be terminating my phone lines with Metro if I have to deal with these people again. Being a "corporate" store I have to go back and if this is still an issue bye bye Metro.

BEWARE of this location. I dont recommend this metropcs they lie to customers about rebates refunds. I bought a phone with the ad saying free phone. Purchased it in February under the rebate you pay for the phone then you send for ur rebate. Which was totally false. When i send for my rebate it first stated i have to wait 12wks so they can process it. Then u wait another 6wks to get a rebate of only 39.00 dollars not the amount i paid for the phone which was 79.00 dollars then when u try calling the rebate customer service line they tell you a different story that all the customer gets is 39.00 not the whole amount of the phone. So they sucker me into buy a 79.00 dollar pjone thinking im geyting my rebate of the amount i paid and that was sooo false i will never trust there ads about free phone and rebates. Metropcs are fullof crap. And when try calling the East Brunswick office they never answer the phone. They got me once but never again screw them. DONT TRUST THERE PROMOTION there full of lies to get u to spend.

Metropcs has competitive data plans, but draconian equipment return policies. I bought the phone that doesnt work for my needs and they wont take it back. Generally, the star is polite but dishonest. They will tell you all kind of things that wont happen and then you will be stuck. Needed to speak with the manager and was put on hold for an hour. She is polite and will promise things but those promises most likely wont come true whatever the reason is. Shoulda stayed away from them.

They suck. Their employees are ignorant. We just showed up at 8pm when the website clearly says 10pm. They lock the dorrs on us and tell us we are wrong its 8. I show him the website times thru the glass and he shrugs his shoulders and walks away.

They try to help you with phone issues if you beg. And if you call, they put u in hold and you keep holding until call gets dropped. Could be better costumer experience.
