Anwar is THE BEST! About two weeks ago my wife, daughter and I went to this store after visiting another Sprint store trying to solve a problem with a water damaged iPhone. The other store was all over the place giving us all sorts of crazy numbers; over 550 dollars on a phone that was due for an upgrade in just two months. I knew that my daughters water mishap was going to cost me, but not that much! I called the Livingston store and spoke to Anwar who gave me a quote and was very straightforward and honest. We drove there and Livingston is nowhere near our home, but I can tell you I will go there from here on out. Anwar was able to solve our problem and upgrade us and we paid a fair and reasonable damage fee. This is the only Sprint store we will ever go to and Anwar is the only guy I want to deal with. Anwar, thank you so much for your honesty, fairness and integrity. I expect you will experience great success in your endeavors!

I switched to Sprint from AT&T and the service I received in the store was excellent BUT the Sprint service itself was terrible for me. My cellular data speed was incredibly slow and it took several minutes to text a picture and some messages didnt show up until an hour later. This happened in multiple locations including heavily populated areas such as Hoboken NJ. When I measured the speed it was .25 mb per second. Yes that is .25 not 25. When I called to complain Sprint support didnt have any answers. When I returned to the store to return the phones and cancel my service they suggested that I should have turned data roaming on (how would I possibly know that?). At that point it was too late and if that was truly the answer they should have mentioned it when I purchased the phones or Sprint phone support should have suggested that when I called.

Wonderful!! A very knowledgeable staff. If they do not know something they will find it out! Anthony along with other Sprint employees were very helpful when it came to transitioning over from another company. I found myself having an issue with Sprint over the phone. I went in-store to speak to with a representative. Anthony Tarpley was able to resolve a very complex issue in an extremely short time. My experience at the Sprint store in the Livingston Mall was wonderful. I walked into the store aggravated about the situation and left extremely happy due to the diligent work that Anthony Tarpley displayed. Great customer service!!! Definitely one of the best in-store services I have had with a phone company. Thank you Sprint Team of Livingston Mall!!! #SprintLivingstonMall

Today was a long day, but indeed a productive day. I walked into the sprint store just to inquire about plans and phones. I honestly did not expect to be walking out of this store with switching all of my numbers from t mobile. I walked in saying "hey, maybe I will just switch one of my lines to test out." My sales rep Gabriel was fantastic! He was the definition of great customer service. Im still amazed at how he went above and beyond for me. From retrieving my tmobile account number to helping me get all my info on all my phones. AND saving me money! Highly recommend all and every customer to go see Gabe and his fantastic crew at Sprint in Livingston Mall! They are LIT!

I have been a customer with Sprint since 1997 and yesterday we visited the Livingston store to upgrade my son to the Samsung Galaxy S8+. Our experience was beyond FIVE STARS! We were assisted by Jonathan and Anwar, who were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in making sure all of our needs were met. Getting a new phone can be a tedious process, but with this caliber of service and expertise the visit was a true pleasure! I will be visiting this particular store in the future and recommending it to my friends and colleagues. As a side note, we walked out with two new Samsung Galaxy S8+ devices along with saving money on the monthly bill!

Ive been to many Sprint stores in the area and in the city but the way I was assisted at this store surpasses my highest expectations. Even though the store had many customers the wait time was very minimal, and I was professionally promptly greeted. The staff all work in conjuction and help each other making any or all transactions as smooth as possible. Nehir Guhler was the primary rep that helped me and I couldnt be happier with how she handled everything beyond professional. All in all I know many Sprint stores are a drag to visit and usually have poor customer service but this store at the Livingston Mall is truly an A++++ store

Went here with my family to this mall and we went to The AT&T, Sprint and Verizon store to look at phone deals and The Sprint Store was the best, thanks to Nehir Guler and Joey Cedano these two showed my family options for 2 Samsung Galaxey S7 phones and one Samsung J3 phone. Joey was cool and got me the "gold looking" phone and now I have a cool toy. Great Staff great store! If Joey or Nehir sees this reveiw I want to thank Them for their help and knollege my family is greatful we went into your store!!!! Thanks Guys !

I have been a Verizon client since 2005. I went with my fiance to this Sprint store and had a wonderful experience. We were very warmly greeted by a young woman and she directed us to Jonathan to further assist. He took our very complicated and possibly difficult situation and helped us effortlessly. His knowledge and sincere customer service were really refreshing. Sprint is very lucky to have a great staff. If Jonathan isnt a manager he needs a raise! We will be switching to Sprint and specifically this store!

Garbage. Every time I come here, they are clueless and dont know how to help. The girl made me wait 30 mins just to turn my phone on and off while she talked with her other coworkers about unprofessional bussiness. I had to get her attention like twice to help me. Then they gave me a number supposedly to assist me, and when I called, sprint said that was no longer used for months. Hire actual profesionals and knowledgeable people not these uneducated idiots. Never coming back here after 3 bad experiences.

Johnathan is a phenomenal sales associate. He was very patient with my husband and I in selecting a new phone. He is very knowledgeable about the features of the products. In turn this allowed the process to be hassle free. Not to mention, the store closed at 7pm but Johnathan continued assisting us without rushing to go home. Hes an exemplar of excellent customer service. He exceeded our expectations and we will definitely refer new customers to this Sprint location.

Jonathan provided exellent service when we got our new i phone. We are not very texh savvy and had dozens of questions about our purchase and how the phones work. We were assisted in transfering our photos and videos and explained how the i phone works, downloaded apps, set up phones etc. We always come to this store becasue we know we will always get qualified help. And they put up with our two roudy 3 and 5 year old boys. Thank you Marian and Tracy Ovtcharov
