Came into the Inman Ave Verizon store in Edison tonight to see if they can determine why I was going over my gigabit allowance the past few months. Ricky Khanna was GREAT! He clearly explained the issue, updated my plan and told me about the mini iPad that I could get along with the plan. He and Sunny Singh were extremely helpful, polite and efficient in putting everything together. Anytime I go to this store they are fantastic! They definitely know their product and are always willing to make sure you have what you need. They are the best!!

I have been shopping at this place for 2-3 years and have sent my friends and family at this place. I always received wonderful service from the manager, I think his name is "Ricky or Vicky", sorry for not remembering your name man. He has helped me lower my monthly cost. He has always helped me choose right plan and product. Keep up the good work guys at this store. I am firm believer in buying local and from small mom and pop places. Keep up the good work.

I went to get a charger from this store today Loved the service provided by manager Mr.Ricky khanna and sales rep sunny Singh They were really helpful with explaining that I have an upgrade I should go for upgrade rather than getting charger . Charger was going to cost me around $40 but I got phone only for $95 and walked out happily . I recommend going to this store . Thanks

CON ARTISTS!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ZERO STARS. Know this is NOT an actual Verizon store but a retail store posing as one. Ripped my elderly parents off for well over $1000. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS EVER. Store manager so deceptive and manipulative. Tricked my elderly parents and put them in severe debt. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Went to get an idea for a new phone since my upgrade was coming soon. Tried to push me into "new phone" that was almost 2 years old. When I pointed that out to them, they told me no, and that I was wrong. When I googled it and showed them, they got annoyed and walked away. No thanks, not doing business there.

I got my phone wet in a downpour and called the store on Inman Ave. Edison 5 minutes before closing. They told me to come over. Sunny Singh helped me for nearly an hour. I am most grateful for the time and advise and now have a new phone with little effort on my part! Maries A. Bonk
