I had an excellent experience with ELI, hes an expert in costumer service, sometimes its a long wait because hes treating everyone like the 1 & only costumer, so its worth to wait. I bought a phone and I asked a million questions and it was after hours, he answered all questions with patience, I returned the phone today, he didnt charged me the restocking fee because it was a mistake (that he noticed, not me) on the contract, I would recommend everyone whos looking for great service to step by and meet ELI, all phone accessories on display

First off, you cant beat Verizons ability to work calls properly...no dropping,clear. Much better by far than the GoogleFi deal. The staff at this location are knowledgeable and friendly. They will explain it to u over and over, until you seem to get it. No big sales push...you purchase what is needed with no pressure. I have sent friends in there and they come out with same feelings. Willing to take them fishing.
