The service was outstanding. Quick, efficient, and helpful. I went in to have my Blackberry replaced under warranty after learning from another Verizon store that the warranty had two more days on it. When they checked in the Goshen store they first told me that the warranty had actually expired two days earlier, but they still put the order through. My replacement phone is on its way! There were two young gentleman working in the store - both very helpful and very pleasurable to talk to about both my problem, as well as other products that were available. It was a nice change from most of the Verizon shops where you have to wait around, then get shuffled off to some service desk to deal with your phone.
