The store is conveniently located a few blocks from my house. My wife and I walked into the store to purchase a case for my wifes new phone and neither guy working picked their heads up to notice us. We found a cover within minutes and then stood patiently on the side for about 10/15 minutes while they continued working with the same customers they were with when we walked in.As we were standing there another couple walked in and went directly to one of the guys working.He immediately acknowledged them and was now working with 2 couples side by side.We stood on the side for a few more minutes and I said out loud if we were not helped in another minute we were leaving. Needless to say we were not helped and even with me telling my wife to put the cover back on the shelf we were leaving neither of the sales rep seem to care.Again neither of them lifted their heads to even noticed we were now walking out.I believe one was named Monte . To have a business like this in such a small town you would think they would be a little more concerned about potential customers walking out of the store. I will never be returning nor referring anyone to this store.

When it was time for a new IPhone, I visited this store after reading the good reviews. I live a lot closer to the East Brunswick Verizon at the Mid-State Mall, but its usually very crowded and the last time I went to check on available plans, I felt very rushed. My experience at the Spotswood store was wonderful. I knew which phone I wanted, but Sal explained to me that the plan I was on would change slightly but the cost would remain the same (contrary to what I was told in EB). He and Monty took the time to answer all of my questions and were friendly and professional. This past weekend I returned to this store with my husband for a different matter and the employees we dealt with this time were equally helpful. Keep up the good work!

I always come to this store for the wonderful customer service. It is never overly crowded and the wait time is reasonable. I recently purchased a 5c iPhone which was my first experience w a smart phone. I dealt with Ray who had so much patience and explained everything re costs and features and made the experience very easy to switch over. A month later I took a one on one information session with Sal, who covered all my questions and showed me features I would use, but was not aware of. He was so helpful, I left the store so much more confident in the ability to use this phone. I wouldnt go to any other Verizon store...this one is the best!!!!!

My experience with the Verizon Spotswood, NJ store is GREAT! I am not phone savvy and had to go back to the store several times for help and questions. Ray and all the guys are helpful, very patient, always welcoming and pleasant. It is a small store with a big feel and great customer service - they work well together to ensure the customers needs are met!

I have been using the Verizon store in Spotswood for a long time. Monte has always been very helpful. Today I got a new phone and George helped me and again it was a positive experience. All of my experiences have been positive and handled in a professional and personal manner. I will continue to use the Spotswood Verizon store.

I came into the Spotswood store to purchase a IPad/Tablet for my 10 year old son. I always come in to see Sal, whom is fabulous, however he was not in . I meet George and he was very helpful in explaining everything to me about my purchase. As always, great service. Love this store and the employees :0)

Worthfull for me........Atleast the sales person was educated. I do my homework before I buy things, sometime have seen where sales staff is uneducated but this place is good to shop. I always write comments when I shop to a nice place a kind of token for them to be worthfull.

SCAM ARTISTS - Liars. They give you defective products and will not honor 14 Day worry free exchange. They are not a corporate store so Verizon cannot protect you from them. They are privately owned and they are con artists.
