Ive been a Verizon Customer for many years(Im sure youve heard that from many customers),12+ years actually, but Ive dealt with this exact locations multiple times in the past, whether accessories,upgrading or just technical assistance, although there are multiple Verizon Stores in my 08873 area. Back in June 2016 (now its currently April 22, 2017) I upgraded my Galaxy S5 to an S7 Edge. Excited for my new device, I paid the upgrade fee and they gave me a new updated price on my monthly payment KNOWING that I am doing an upgrade on my previously financed phone. Experience went well in store, I appreciated all their help and I shipped my old S5 back to Verizon. Many months have passed, 10 months, and I receive a text from Verizon Wireless saying Ive received a device credit in error. Now my bill has jumped an extra $40 per month because of an error this location made 10 months ago. If I knew my bill was going to jump $40 back in June 2016, I wouldve thought twice about upgrading my S5. Not the first issue Ive had, when I upgraded from my S3 to an S5, the usual (this sale/promotion is happening ONLY this month) line was used on me while the following months still introduced that so called "Only this Month Deal" to customers.

Never going here again. My husband and I went in to get my phone upgraded. The representative, Donald, started talking about car phone chargers, glass screen protectors, and the like. I only wanted the phone. I did not need or want anything else. We made this very clear more than once. Donald, however, insisted that it was included with the phone. So we reluctantly accepted, planning to possibly use the items as re-gifts...except then Donald told us he "had to" put the glass screen protector on in the store. Nearly $200 later on a "free phone upgrade", we came to find out that Donald had flat out lied, that we were individually charged for the car charger, screen protector, and some sort of "goadvantage premium" that were part of a bundle that we DID NOT need to purchase. We will never go here again. The customer service is underhanded and unscrupulous.

I would like to take a moment of my time to say what EXCELLENT employee James is at yr E.B. mall location!! He bends over backwards to help me each and every time I go into the store w/ a ques, even when Im not looking to make any purchase, etc! He is EXTREMELY KNOWLEGEABLE, HELPFUL, SUPER PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND HE ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME FO HELP ME, NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION MAY BE...FOR EX., JUST TODAY, I POPPED IN TO ASK HIM FOR HELP W/ HOW TO SET UP AND USE A SELFIE STICK I HAD ORDERED FROM AMAZON!! EVENTHOUGH I HAD NOT BOUGHT IT AT THEOR STORE- HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME AND FIGURED IT OUT W/ IN A FEW MINUTES FOR ME!! I THOUGHT THAT WAS REALLLY NICE! HE IS JUST AN ABSOLUTE ASSET TO THE STORE AND TO YR COMPANY!! THX JAMES!!

I have been a Verizon customer 10 + years. Went in with my friend to get his I phone with 32 megabytes increased to the IPhone with 128 megabytes. Simple upgrade. Well I used my charge card and it was charged 4x more @ 164.84. Then couldnt reverse mistake of 4x. I have to wait. Plus he had the nerve to ask for my charge card for to more charges. I had to go to my bank bc I didnt trust him with using the charge machine. Then he said Im going to give you a discount on accessories. Really!!!!!!! Yoo overcharged me by 654. And to top it off IPhone 7 with 32 megabytes had to go back to Verizon. He never supplied me with a shipping label. So disgusted with your service and handling of my charge card.

Horrible Experience. If I was able to choose zero stars I would. This place is a scam. When switching providers from ATT to Verizon... they charged me a "$20 set up fee per phone line" and explained it to me as being the Verizon activation fee. When I saw my Verizon bill, I was charged for the actual activation fee separately. I ended up having to pay the 20$ activation fee plus GoWireless 20$ set up fee (40$ per phone). They never set up my phones for me. I did all of my transfer of data and setting up of the phones. I will NEVER return here again.

Best cell phone purchase experience ever! I purchased a new iPhone on 10/27/16 at Go Wireless in East Brunswick. The moment I walked into the store, James began to help me through my new purchase. He listened as I told him my cell phone needs, then calmly explained the options and costs associated with a new phone purchase. James was professional and well-informed. He uploaded my data into my new phone quickly and even walked me to my car to connect the phone to my bluetooth. A five star phone buying experience!

Never went to this location before but I tell you now that this is where Im going to be coming from now on. I stopped by to inquire on getting a new phone, my phone was acting up and I usually dont upgrade for yrs so I figured why not. I dealt with a guy named donnie and a very pleasant gentlemen must I say. Im usually on the defensive when it comes to buying anything but he made it feel enjoyable and on top of that im saving more than I was every month. I would definitely recommend this location

James and Donald were patient and through in figuring out what I was looking for and customizing the appropriate wireless plan. They were clear in explaining the differences were in the plans, which ones would save me the most money and gave me enough flexibility in case I wanted to switch smartphones in the future. One of the most customer friendly Verizon stores I have ever been to.

I cannot emphasize enough the exceptional service James gave us! It was Black Friday and the store was packed, they had some really great deals, we had to wait for a while but it was worth it! Not only did he get us our new phones, but he was able to get us better coverage at a lower price. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful, it was a pleasure dealing with him.
