So heres the story. My girlfriend really needed to buy a new phone (iphone 6) as her phone had been broken. She goes there and everything looks fine and dandy. They say they have the iPhone 6 and my girlfriend is ready to purchase it. They mention something about a bundle very briefly and proceed ahead, which my girlfriend gives no thought to considering shes only trying to get the phone, no bundle. When it comes time to actually buy the iPhone, they tell her "So you have to pick a case now, that is at least over $40." My girlfriend is confused, "I dont want a case, I just want the phone." This is when things start to get fishy, the sales rep (I wont mention her name) claims "You cant buy a phone without buying the bundle, its a new policy we have, if you want just the phone itself you have to order it online." At this point my girlfriend is texting me and I know this all just a way to get more money out of her. I try to convince her to confront the lady about it but my girlfriend doesnt want to waste time arguing, she needed a new phone really bad. So she proceeds ahead while I call customer service about this. They then pull out a screen protector worth $30 and tell her that in order for the bundle to work she needs to spend at least $70 extra and again that its "Store policy", telling her that she can split it into monthly payments and making it look less worse than it is. Oh yea she also slips in a tidbit quickly that the case and screen protector are nonrefundable. Im texting my girlfriend to confront her but she doesnt want to waste time, and tells me shell do something about it later, but for now she needs a phone. So on the other end of this I call customer service, who calls the store and puts me on a conference call with said sales representative, because this whole thing theyre trying to pull is not "Store Policy" at all. Im talking to the rep and she starts arguing with me that she explained everything about the bundle to my girlfriend implying that she is lying to me. (What the hell???) So I tell them that if my girlfriend understood that she could buy the phone without the bundle she would do that and that my girlfriend is not lying to me. She tries to tell me that the transaction is done, and that she cannot do anything now, to which I called bullshit and demanded that she refund everything but the phone back to my girlfriend. Knowing that the customer service rep is on the phone as well is I guess why she obliges. At the end of this whole ordeal my girlfriend hears them bickering (obviously about her and I) in Spanish and let her go home with the phone. Needless to say we wont be purchasing anything from there again. I think management should also talk and think about explaining to their employees that they should give the customers all the facts and details before trying to make a sale and take unsuspecting customers money. TLDR: Dont go to this store unless you wanna get swindled into buying more things that you need, and also dont believe them when they say something is "Store policy".

the only reason im not giving them 0 stars is because after I called T Mobile Customer Service they actually did their job correctly. First of all I asked them to check my account to make sure I was correctly assuming what was going on with my phone plan and the representative was already throwing prices at me. After his abrasive tantrum was over, he was looking at my account for 20 minutes. He finally concluded that I didnt have to pay $180 for the owned phone that I got through my insurance??(which I already paid $180 for??). Since I was due for an upgrade, I had already checked the T Mobile website to see how much a NEW phone would be for ME with MY plan. The phone itself was $25 which was correct, but then they thought they could try to charge me an extra $30 for some bs reason. I then called T Mobile customer service and they told me that I was right and that I shouldnt be charged an extra $30, so they had to call the store and have them price me correctly lol :) I would rather buy a plane ticket to Florida and go to a T Mobile store down there then ever revisit this location. If you really have no other option than to go to this store I HIGHLY recommend calling customer service to help them because none of them know what they are doing

I had the best experience in buying a new cellphone/plan with this store. Everyone was very helpful, especially Arbick. He went above and beyond, he got me all the accessories I needed. He taught me how to use my new android phone, transferred my contacts, setup my Bluetooth and even told me about an awesome tablet promotion that they had(I now have a great tablet btw). I definitely wouldnt go to any other cellphone store and would recommend this store to anyone, especially my friends.

customer service SUCKS, both the reps on the phone and staffs in store :/ wanted to cancel one line under the family plan. reps kept transferring me to different ppl and then asked me to go to store. but the guy in store was like "whats the point of cancelling it? just pay the 10 more bucks" and said theres nothing he could do to help. YOU ARE FUNNY

Just transferred my service from Verizon to T-mobile at this location and it was the smoothest transition . Excellent pricing on phones and huge savings on monthly plans. They even transferred all my phone books, pictures, songs etc onto my new Blackberry Bold .The staff was very courteous and helpful .would recommend everyone to go here !!!!!

I asked them if they had a small sim card for my new phone and they said no. So then i asked where would i be able to get one and they said they dont have a clue. WHAT!!?? Why would you say that to a client and leave them hanging like that?
