My phone was submerged momentarily in water and the speakers stopped working. I made the decision to choose this repair shop because of the thoroughness of the technician with whom I spoke on the phone. He went through the entire process of how their repair phones, telling me the time needed, prices, and that they would be communicating every step of the way before moving forward. I rushed here and gave them my phone and as promised they called me to inform me what they found at each juncture of their repair. They would not move ahead with the parts of the repair that would incur extra cost without getting my confirmation first. They even sent pictures of the phone and pictures of the damage which was very helpful in keeping me informed and included in the process. The expertise and care of the repair techs is deep. They are very conscientious in their communication and thats what I appreciated the most. It was easy to tell that they very particular with each step of the repair process since I was receiving regular communication from them. This helped me feel secure knowing my phone was in good hands. These guys are super professional, super capable and super awesome in every way. I would highly recommend them and am super happy with their service. I hope never to have to go back but this is definitely the best place to get your phone fixed if anything happens to it. Prices are reasonable as well. Thanks for your help guys!

So long story short my cell got ran over at work. thought I had lost all my pictures and videos of my baby that was born this year. Got a replacement cell that was missing a mic. Took my cell to the store told them my problem they say we can fix it so all your information is on the new phone and switch the mic so your cell works correctly. They told me an hour and it would be back to normal. Never thought it would be that easy and that cheap!! Thanks to them I have all the memories that I saved on my phone. BEST PLACE EVER!!

Friendly sales guy promised they would look at it then give me a call to tell me price as we discussed its cheap to buy a new one, then called said they fixed it and 49.99 to pick it up because charger was broke, told him never had a problem with charger ever it just wouldnt click on, he said still 49.99 to pick it up ,so in frustration told them to keep it.this is a bait and switch swindle operation so avoid it

A1 Repair Shop. Attentive staff who listened to the issues with my sons X Box. Initially the staff member provided me with a probably cause and indicated that it could be a loose wire. Needless to say my sons X box was fixed in 1 day and the cost was minimal,as it did not work because of a loose wire. Staff is great and actually cares. Highly recommended.

Highly knowledgeable staff. Very easy to work with and talk to. My screen cracked while in my pocket and was very upset. Called these guys up for a quote and felt at ease, quick drive in did some shopping across the street and was out in under and hour. Phone works great. Would definitely recommend this place!

Theyve fixed my phone twice and they did it quick and it was cheaper than paying apples deductible of $200...they even stayed open late one day to fix my phone so that I could have it back that day. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Have been reccomening them to my friends

I came in to get my phones charging port fixed because it was ejecting the charger and wouldnt charge. They went in the back for a minute and my phone was fixed, apparently there was dust and lint trapped in the charging port from my pocket. They even did it for free.
