DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! THEY SUCK!! Here is my experience: When my son went into this store to get help with his broken phone, a salesman at this store made no attempt to fix the phone and completely misrepresented a deal over the phone with me. He neglected to inform me of any of the added activation and monthly fees involved in the sale or the 14 day equipment return policy. In addition, the salesman forged my signature on the customer agreement which I only found out after receiving my bill and calling Verizon. My bill went from $157 to $401! I called Verizon and was told to go see the store manager, Mr. F. Santos to return the equipment and get the appropriate adjustments and credit. Mr. Santos refused to take back the equipment quoting the 14 day return policy which was never explained to me in the first place and when I explained that I didnt even know of any issue until I received the bill more than 14 days later, Mr. Santos still would not budge and made no apology for his salesmans deglect but agreed the bill was incorrect and told me he would work on crediting me and call me on Monday. After not hearing from him, another visit to Mr. Santos on Tuesday evening proved frustrating as he had done nothing and acted like he didnt want to be bothered. I left the store with his promise to call me on Wednesday. Once again, no phone call from him and my cell phone service got cut off on Thursday. I had to explain my issue to Verizon and make an estimated payment to restore service and then fight to get the reactivation fees removed after explaining my situation with Mr. Santos. I had them call Mr. Santos while I was on the phone with them and he told them he was "working" on my credit issue and to have me call him. After speaking with Mr. Santos again, he informed me hed work on it and call me at 6 pm tonight. I ask you....would you believe him? Does it really take four business days or more to issue credit to a very unhappy customer who explained that the company was threatening to cut off service and needed his help? This is still ongoing and I will NEVER go back there again. Rest assured people, I will be in his face until this matter gets resolved but this is not what I call customer service!!!! This is what I call BS!!!

On October 23rd i came into Gillette to upgrade my old phone. Manik was very helpful and took the time with me to go over my new phone. I was nervous about switching from IPhone to Samsung but he took extra time to go over the details of the phone with me. Yesterday I had some more questions and he immediately remembered me and my phone. He helped me sync my phone with my laptop and actually took the time to show me step by step how to work both. I was previously going to another Verizon store because I have had bad experiences with this location. When I received the voicemail that the store was under new management i decided to give them another chance because its closer to my house. Needless to say I am extremely happy with my new phone there prices and the continued customer service i have been receiving. I encourage other locals to check out this new management and staff.

Warning to anyone that goes to this store. They do not follow through with anything they say, not to mention they will rip you off. Went to them to get a shadow line. They stated it would cost me $10 extra per month, never mentioned all of the other charges, totaling a whopping $80. Not to mention charging me an activation fee on my credit card separately...What a sucker! When I went back to the store, assistant manager Chris and his employee were playing basketball in the back stating they couldnt help me and that someone would call me back. 3 days later still no call. I got everything resolved telephonically with Verizon in 3 hours. They do not care they are rude and will rack up and screw your account. You have been warned!!!!

Extremely bad. After the store manager promised to find a product for me, which he assured he will have it in couple of days, he became UN-reachable. I had to drop in to ask if he still can help and again he assured me that the phones are in the shipping and he will have it in two days. One week and a half and still I cannot find him to get a straight answer and his coworkers knowingly or not, will not give me an answer when I call the store if he is in the store or not. After reading other reviews seems that "Manik" is the same person that people are complaining about. I wish his coworkers did not cover for him.

Coming in with my broken phone, Joseph Pallito worked with me for over an hour: walking me through the most cost-effective and beneficial option regarding a new phone, as well as a long process of problem-solving to retrieve all prior information from my old device after the initial download couldnt work. Collaborating with Manik, Store Manager, we were able to transfer all needed information. Upon leaving the store, I was able to call that night with a few follow-up questions which they pleasantly were able to help with over the phone. I thank them for their friendly and knowledgeable service.

I wanted to let everyone know about my positive experience at the Verizon Wireless Zone located at the Gillette Mall. The store manager Manik Trivedi and his staff members Joe and Mario are very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve reached out to them on several occasions with various questions and every time they have supplied me with simple answers and resolutions. In fact, they have been more helpful to me than any of the regular Verizon Customer Service. I usually rarely write reviews but the customer service I have received here at the Verizon store in Gillette was exceptional. I had a positive experience with the store manager who was very knowledgable and patient with me as I was changing carriers from T-Mobile to Verizon. Manik was helpful in making the transition process easy and quick. Manik went above and beyond my expectations to answer all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this store. I am glad I made the right choice in switching and choosing to come to this Verizon location.

Wel lAfter breaking the screen on my s7 edge I went into the store to see what options I had. Cant say I wanted to buy a new phone yesterday but after talking it over with Mario it was the most cost effective way to go. He was more than helpful spending way more time than I would expect to help transfer everything from my old phone and informing me of all the changes on my bill with the new unlimited data plan. Would recommend this store over any of my past experiences at other verizon wireless stores. Out the door in no time with a new S8.
